2-Star Hotels in Casper

The facility was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of happy visitors and doggos. (The pool was open and full of kids!) My only issue was the unpleasant, rude woman at check in. She was impatient with the gentleman in front of me, who was hard of hearing. And she was no better interacting with me. The manager in the morning was apologetic and kind. It was a good stay but definitely stained with the negative energy of the front desk specimen

I arrived at the store at 2:30 in the morning and the staff was still waiting for me and helping me. thank you very much
