26 may 24 1536 GMT (re Brandywine Room # 212 May 24 2024) I was never supplied (either by email or by text) with the code to get through the the front door and to then access my room. That's bizarre. There was no small complimentary tube of toothpaste. The AirCo was set to ”Eco”: which meant that it cycled on-and-on and off thoughout the night with a loud rumbling each time. The AirCo is supposed to be ”white noise” in the background - runnnig constantly in the background. The breakfast was amateurish.

Good location, quiet place, very clean reasonable price. All the contact information sent through emails. The codes will expired exactly after check out time.

The fact that they were charging bottles of water in the room wasn't Ok.

The distance from the airport is still a bit far, and the location is relatively biased. At the beginning, I made an appointment to pick up the plane, but the driver was not there after arriving at the airport, and I could take a taxi by myself. The hotel's sanitary environment is not bad, it is a small suite, there are kitchen facilities such as microwave ovens, bathroom bathtubs, and the overall room experience is not bad.

Very clean room. Parking and laundry are convenient. There is a supermarket and restaurant at the door. Shuttle to and from the airport is 10 minutes away. The driver is very friendly and will help deliver it directly to the car rental company, so that people with a lot of luggage can save themselves the trouble of a second trip.

Good enough for overnight at the airport. But the night I was there, there was partying in a lot of rooms. Ice machines didn’t work on any floor. Elevator was so slow. Took over 30 min to get ice… was told to go to floors 5,6,7 for working ice machines. All of them out or broken. Had to go back to lobby. Every elevator was packed with people partying. After having surgery the day before and flight being canceled it wasn’t the experience I needed.

This is the best hostel. The kindness of the owner is also a greeting. This is a place I definitely want to go next time. I will visit again. Thank you.
