2-Star Hotels in Sarasota

The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is good. Room service is poor. Don’t clean your room every day. We was 2 days there and I call because we need change the towels. They explained to me that I had to take the used ones to the front desk I did it. But there were four of us and they only gave us two towels. We were there two days ago. So they gave me two pool towels.that's unacceptable. The jacuzzi water it’s just warm. Cuban people was there listening music inaceptable for us because we had kids

Some rooms are small.

The worst breakfast of all my trips to America. No omlet or waffle. There were cold eggs cooked, yoghurt, chips and bubbles. Kashu can be made, but 2 days were only tasteless. The last day, the cache was served with different tastes, though they could be eaten. The first day, the basket was lying rotten apples. They were taken away and replaced on complaint. Coffee of terrible quality, but available all day, like a fountain with water. The room was clean, but did not clean at all, although we said we were coming out in 5 minutes, the room with cleaning did not return. I asked to give a quiet room, and eventually gave the one whose windows go to the intersection. Very much the machine is heard, that is, it is impossible to sleep normally. The rooms with windows from the track should be better. Hotel I don't recommend. For such money the quality is bad.

Customer service for desk are always so professional well-mannered and willing to help and will always go the extra mile. I've been saying it this room at least three times a week for less 2 months never have had an issue with a chicken or a dirty room anything of that matter they take pride in their building and they're exterior as well as their interior. They have rooms with non-smoking smoking poolside gardenside or even with a balcony standing room double room king size room double bed full bed so it's definitely worth the variety and it's such a great amazing price you must have a key to get inside the building to get to your room you must be fully checked in and have a key for your safety is taken into consideration as well on their behalf. In the front office is where you get your breakfast complimentary breakfast cereal coffee through orange juice apple juice they have as well. I got to say for their price they really do their job well to keep it great growing business keep up the good work and as always I love my stay with you it's my home away from home whether it's for a night movie or a month and I promise you won't be disappointed soda machine on site snack vending machine on site laundry last night as well as ice machine they carry Wi-Fi mini refrigerator and microwave as well what can I say it's like a mini apartment thank you for keeping everything so beautiful nice and as always I will keep coming back see you again soon this is definitely a five-star rating hotel in my eyes I promise you won't be disappointed.
