Excelente hotel principalmente se você está em viagem de negócios a Fortaleza. O café da manhã é suficiente para começar seu dia e todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos, gentileza e profissionalismo dentro da categoria. O ponto mais importante é a limpeza. Exceptional officials. All cordial. Very clean, very good food. But we had a problem: with the strong rain the hotel was without energy. The generator was not enough for all rooms. We were unconditioned by 24h. We could not open the windows, because the generator is a little below us and the smoke generated by it entered our room. I asked the reception to change the room, because they had air-conditioned rooms working and said they couldn't; I asked a fan to sleep and they had no. Result: sleep (due to fatigue) at 2:30 a.m. with a humiliated towel on my body to try to threaten the heat.In the morning they would solve our problem, but we were already going away. I know that the lack of energy was not the fault of the hotel, but they could have put us in another room, because it was not stuck or then obtained a fan to avoid such disorder. The reception was with my number to the administration to contact via WhatsApp to try to compensate (through discount in the stay), but so far, almost a week later, they did not enter.

La ubicación es muy buena, hay supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes muy cerca, a parte que esta 1 cuadra de la playa. El personal es super servicial, pudimos entrar antes del horario de check in sin costo. La zona de piscina es muy bonita, aun que la piscina es muy pequeña, pero igual es buena. Desayuno simples, pero muy rico todo. La verdad he tenido una buena experiencia.

Hotel was in a good location just beside the beach.. breakfast was very nice every morning.. good service, friendly staff.. the only thing was there was some bugs in the room.

Located a block from the beach, no real view of the ocean. Web page says no parking available, but upon further inquiry learned that 'rotating' parking is available, which means that if you snag a parking spot (valet) on check in and you do not move your car, you're good, but if you use your vehicle you might have lost your spot on return and be forced to find a (very rare) street slot or pay for optional private parking. That is a HUGE deficiency for a 19 story hotel. Room was fine, albeit a bit spartan. Towels were grey from age. Hot water marginal. Shower had slick floor and no hand holds. Wi-fi good. Mini fridge (empty) and safe. A/c worked fine. Staff appeared friendly and forthcoming, but when I requested an additional pillow, the desk clerk said he'd get it done, but never did and there are no instructions on the room phone to call the front desk. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about either (no tapioca, cut up hot dogs instead of bacon or carne do sol, not even a banana, but other fruits, and fresh bread, pao com queixo without queixo . . .) Easy walking distance to the beach and several quality off-beach restaurants, such as Ghellers churrascaria. For someone looking for a reasonably priced and adequate hotel near the beach, this works fine. If needing just an overnight, look further away from the beachfront and be careful about the parking issue if driving a car.
