GGuest UserThe room is spacious, there is no terrace in the room, you can sit outside at night to feel the mountains and listen to the stream, the summer resort, too cool and comfortable. The boss and the waiter are very enthusiastic, the food tastes good, and they sent a few cups of coffee when they left. I look forward to meeting again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, and the smell of sunlight could be smelled on the quilt. The hostess of the hotel hit a plain clothes, and the things are really vigorous and clean. Some gentle songs will be played on the early summer night.
She also has a rice winery and a small tea garden. With her children, she can pick tea and stir-fry in the small courtyard. Good luck, catching up with the last batch of rice wine this year, the rice wine is sweet, and I brought a few bottles when I left.

首先誇前台服務，深夜辦理入住，小羅姑娘全程温柔專業，辦理速度快，耐心講解指引，瞬間撫平一路疲憊；前台經理每次碰面都是暖心問候+微笑招呼，賓至如歸的感覺直接拉滿。更讓人驚喜的是，酒店還主動為我們升級了更好的房間，這份用心直接讓一家人的度假幸福感飆升！
酒店衞生和環境更是一級棒，房間整潔無死角，床品舒適，老婆和小孩住得特別安心，度假的舒心感從入住就開始了。酒店餐廳也超驚喜，菜品口味佳，兼顧長者和孩子的飲食需求，一家人吃得特別滿意。
換房時的細節更讓人暖心：酒店小羅妹妹貼心留下便簽，提醒我們可以把原房間（319、320）的房卡直接放在機器人裏，不用再特意跑一趟歸還；退房後前台又發現孩子遺留的奶嘴，第一時間微信聯繫，還主動提出幫忙郵寄，這份細心和貼心的人性化服務，真的讓人覺得特別温暖。
全程無槽點，不管是服務、衞生、環境還是餐飲，都完美適配家庭出遊需求，安康之行因為這家酒店更添美好。已經把怡致酒店安利給身邊親友，下次來安康，一定還選這裏！

The room was clean and tidy, and the waiters were very friendly. They were from the same hotel as the one next door and were very welcoming. GGuest User訂的親子房，一家四口兩張大床足夠用，酒店設施很新，比較乾淨。雖然地方有些偏，但茶園景色很美，因為夏天有好多蟋蟀，在茶園所以沒辦法避免，可以忽略，總之性價比很高。對了，距離平利小城雖然衹有四五公里的距離，但根本打不到車，所以想去縣城晚上小酌幾杯的，一定要預留司機！
