When my phone signal was weak in the room, they took my phone and helped me find a room with better signal and arrange a room change. They also enthusiastically introduced the hotel's location and activities. When it rained, they constantly helped us find directions… and even took our clothes, washed and dried them, and brought them to our room (free of charge). Their service was always responsive to our needs. The hotel's facilities were also excellent.
