MM519636****The first impression upon entering was cleanliness, tidiness, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything I saw was spotless. This was followed by the front desk's warm greeting, which felt truly refreshing. They politely asked if I had a reservation and confirmed my room. After I confirmed, they quickly processed my check-in, further enhancing my positive impression with their efficiency.
Before this, I had contacted the hotel regarding parking. They informed me they had two parking lots, so there wouldn't be an issue finding a spot, with one located at the hotel entrance and the other about 200 meters away. They then asked for my estimated arrival time. As I was about to arrive, I received a call from the hotel letting me know there were still parking spaces available at the entrance. This made me feel cared for and warm, which was very comforting.
Now, let's talk about the feeling after checking into the room. The first impression was how smart technology has integrated into daily life. Voice-controlled air conditioning, lighting, curtains, and entertainment systems provided immense relief after a long and tiring journey. The mental focus I maintained while driving immediately relaxed. Coupled with a medium-firm mattress that softly enveloped my body while still providing support, both my mind and body completely relaxed. The experience was truly excellent!
I really like this hotel and highly recommend everyone try it.

KKulinanchezhuxI was very happy with the room type; the front desk upgraded me to a suite. I think anyone visiting Xunyang for the first time and unsure where to stay should definitely choose this place. It was incredibly comfortable, especially being a river-view room!!! Plus, it's great value for money – you definitely won't regret it. The breakfast even included Xunyang's special pickled vegetable noodle soup, which was delicious! Thumbs up 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for business. Preferably for two nights, haha.

GGuest UserThe hotel has its own parking lot, but it is across the road not far away. The security guard is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to lead the way. The room was clean and tidy, and the waiters were very friendly. They were from the same hotel as the one next door and were very welcoming. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is not very good, you can hear children running and jumping in the corridor and adults talking.

I also want to praise the front desk staff who received us. They were very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of useful suggestions after understanding our itinerary. In short, the environment of the hotel and the girls at the front desk made me super, super satisfied with this stay!

GGuest UserEverything else is OK, but the room window is facing the entrance on the second floor, there is basically no sound insulation, and it is useless to close the window. After 12 o'clock in the evening, there were noisy guests after 6 o'clock in the morning. The hotel's aunt also spoke loudly at the door after 7 o'clock in the morning, and she couldn't sleep at all. It is recommended to book a normal room.

The neighboring room was drinking and making noise on the terrace until more than 3 am. I called the front desk to report it, but it was not resolved. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all.
