MM562897****Hotel environment is good 😌, facilities are good, fountain is good, hotel room is quite big, service is general, then ask the aunt for water, said that there are two bottles in a room. MMauveMHad a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc.
Some suggestions:
- Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool.
- For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests.
- I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

GGuest UserThe total floor 26, the room is in the middle and upper floors, the view is really good, the next door neighbor is occasionally loud (mainly the door is not soundproof. But it didn't have a big impact. Quiet at night

There are supermarkets on No. 3 Island to eat and drink, and there is Rosen in the community! Shared electric bicycles are artifacts. Go far anyway, drive by yourself. Normal life is completely fine, that is, I feel that Haihua Island is still a little worse, maybe it is not a holiday.
Pet friendly!
The staff was very professional and the reply was very timely. The Haihua Island Raiders were sent when I checked in and listened to the surprise. The password door can't be opened for two minutes.
Also specially reminded animals to be safe when killing, intimate.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel in the community is easy to find, convenient parking on the roadside, and convenient check-in; the room has a balcony, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room can overlook the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, the interior layout is simple and stylish, the bedding is white as snow, the facilities are of average quality but brand new and easy to use, and there is a kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine, which is very suitable for living and self-driving tourists. The shower is separated from wet and dry, and disposable supplies are available.
Use Trip.com to book also can be deducted by points, and it is cost-effective to gather. Next time I come to Zhangzhou, I will choose Huazhuxuan.

GGuest Userthis was an amazing island for relaxation. many north easterners come here over the winter period, hence a lot of north east cuisine available even till late night. sea views are also great as our block was nearest to the shoreline. toilet is slightly small but is ok. the island shuttle bus does not arrive, best to pay the locals for a quick shuttle.

GGuest UserThe Vienna Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The hotel service was also exceptionally attentive; the staff always greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly warm and welcome.

The surrounding environment is good, parking is available downstairs, and transportation is convenient. It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Island No. 1 for food, drink and entertainment. There are comprehensive businesses. The hygiene details are very good, the housekeeper will answer any questions you have, and the surrounding travel guide is introduced in detail. The indoor facilities are complete. It's quite hot now, so the room is well stocked with mineral water. The boss also recommended the nearby Longgang Beach to see the shipwreck and the Hainan branch of the USS Brunei.
