GGuest UserThe hotel room was clean and warm, the staff was warm and thoughtful, and recommended us the surrounding niche attractions and restaurants. The surrounding area is within walking distance to the park and creek, and it is super convenient to bring the baby. The child left the watch at the hotel, and the staff was very intimate to contact the courier and send it back. Stay here next time!

The young lady at the front desk was very warm and caring, patient and thoughtful from check-in to answering questions, making people feel very warm as soon as they come in. The room was cleaned very clean, the details were handled very carefully, there was no sanitary corner, the overall layout was warm and comfortable, and the living was particularly at ease. Whether it is service attitude or living environment, the overall feeling is very good, it is a superb and super comfortable accommodation experience, and I will give priority to choosing here next time!

GGuest UserVery satisfied, with the elderly children to stay in Lijiang for a few days, the staff helped upgrade the room, sent fruit snacks, the service was warm and thoughtful, the elderly family thought it was specially for us. The chef's craftsmanship is also good. It has been raining these days. We have solved three meals a day in the store. The taste is very good. Children who don't like to eat also eat well. Before leaving, I also helped pick some lettuce stew and went home happily.

The surrounding environment is very good, there are Hudong Reservoir and Dahantang nearby, niche attractions, people are not tired to stroll around. At night, you can see silly rabbits and fireflies walking around the hotel. There are chestnuts rolling down the mountain at the entrance of the hotel.
The only drawback is that there is no elevator, and the mountainous area is understandable, but it is still a bit inconvenient for the elderly to travel.

GGuest User小院太漂亮了！依山傍水，後面的山上可以看到公雞滿山蹦躂（晚上就上了我們的餐桌），前面就是水庫，有鴨有鵝有騰子，從西門上也父山也很近。酒店非常乾淨舒服上檔次，大床房比較舒服，面積大，有一個可以看湖景的大浴缸，下雨天泡着澡，喝着紅酒，看着風景，愜意悠閑！洗澡用的沐浴露味道很好聞，也容易沖洗。在酒店吃了頓地道安徽菜，米餃、鹹三鮮、鹹肉炒竹筍、板栗大公雞、紅燒肉燒排骨、河蝦燒桂魚、油炸糯米圓子都很好吃！吃過飯可以唱卡拉OK、打麻將，我們一家男的白酒女的紅酒，吃過了唱的唱跳的跳，過大年，嗨翻天！最温馨的是婆婆過生日，早飯給我們單獨煮了一份長壽麪，還是婆婆喜歡的鹹掛麪。最感動的是我家邊牧和小朋友在大堂玩丟小瓶子，弄一地口水，人家二話不説直接打掃乾淨了。最感謝的是，我們最後一天冶父山拜佛，和酒店商量能不能延遲退房，看了當天預訂後，二話不説就同意了，下午我們爬山吃過飯，回來都三點多了，又休整了半個多小時，才退房出發，酒店也沒有催，非常和氣，和氣生財！祝生意興隆、財源廣進！

MM2iaixfq0****The room is fully equipped. When checking in, there is a young lady who helps to take the luggage to the room, and next door is Maya Senyuan. It is a 3-minute walk to Jintang Lake. It is very convenient to camp and dig sand. I heard that there are fireworks shows and water splashing festivals in the summer. Come and experience it again during the summer vacation.

MMichael ClWe booked for 7 days and could only stay for one night. The location was just too far from where we planned to go every day. The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful in contacting Trip.com to get the refund started for the remaining days.
Breakfast was copious and varied. We were just too late on the evening to have dinner on the restaurant.
