GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially towards pets. I brought my pet and was a bit worried about the cleanliness of the floor, so I wiped it with a tissue, but there wasn't a speck of dirt, which was impressive! 👍👍 In the evening, they brought up milk and oranges. The hotel breakfast and a restaurant downstairs both had excellent food. Highly recommend! I was too busy to take photos of the room.

The decor was atmospheric, the rooms were very clean, it was incredibly convenient for getting around, the location was excellent, the staff were warm and attentive, the cinema room had VIP access for a fantastic movie-watching experience, and the room even included complimentary welcome fruit. Late-night snacks were also provided, and the handmade wontons were delicious. In short, it was a very satisfying stay and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe cafe in the lobby can order wine at night, and will take the initiative to discount. The taste of the wine is also very good. I ordered a cup of coffee in the morning and it tasted very good. The room in the hotel is also very good and everything is complete. The most pleasant surprise is that the boss made a cat corridor in the corridor of the courtyard, which is so innovative! The cat is super cute too.

AAnonymous UserLast night, we were having a barbecue when there was a sudden power outage. The hotel had no power supply and the equipment was under repair for a while before the power came back on. I was sleeping in the morning when there was a sudden power outage and the whole house lit up. It was a bad experience and I didn't sleep well.

AAnonymous UserThe bed in the room is very hygienic. The pipe under the countertop in the bathroom is a bit leaky. I can accept it. The most unacceptable thing is that the night light at night is really annoying. The installation location is unreasonable. It is next to the bed position. It will be bright when you turn over. I was awake all night. The son of a high school student had to take classes the next day. He didn't have a good rest. I wanted to make up for it at noon. It was noisy downstairs. It is really strongly recommended to rectify it. It is usually basically 5 stars. It is really speechless.

GGuest UserThanks to Trip.com for recommending this hotel, the location is good, close to the city center, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, there is a special person to send breakfast to the room, the front desk service is particularly good, the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient, and it is close to the attractions. The hotel signboard is too small. I drove a few laps at the street to find the hotel gate. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was very patient. He went out to the street to show us the way. The language was decent. He understood the needs and mood of the guests. The procedures were also done very quickly. The warm reminder is in place, very professional and capable. It is worth promoting and reusing. The room attendant is also very good, the parking lot is very small, and the parking lot can be parked in the residential building area behind. It is recommended that the boss make the hotel signboard bigger and more eye-catching, and you can also attract business and guests.
