GGuest UserThis hotel has a very good online reputation and a great location, making taxis easily accessible to Fantawild and other scenic spots. Jianmin Feichang is nearby, so you don't have to go far to try the local specialty. The service is excellent, and the hotel's housekeeping service provides everything you need, including children's toothbrushes, bathrobes, bed guards, footrests, and more. [Heart][Heart][Heart] The housekeeper on our floor was incredibly helpful, offering everything from disposable bathtub covers and toilet seats to fruit and chrysanthemum tea, hand-washing detergent, and clothes drying racks. She was incredibly attentive and helpful. There's also a swimming pool on the fifth floor, and access cards are available at the front desk.
The room was very large, but facing the street, which can be a bit noisy, so earplugs are recommended. The amenities are excellent, making it a truly excellent and value-for-money hotel in the area. Nearby shopping, snack bars, and a food court make daily needs convenient.

A bit more communication regarding opening hour's of the Mianyang Airport would have been nice.
Unfortunately when i checked out, i was not advised the airport would not open until 5am.
I was at the airport 3 hour's before departure as requested. Being 4am....the place was deserted.... I highly recommend the taxi service as well as the local train system.

GGuest UserConvenient parking. There are parking spaces at the door and downstairs, and the security guards are enthusiastic about directing parking.
Convenient shopping. There is a Walmart supermarket downstairs, a shopping mall next to it, and many food options around.
The front desk service is good. Knowing that there are children staying, they prepared children's toiletries and gave children's breakfast coupons for free. The room facilities are very good, clean and hygienic, the breakfast variety is OK, and the rice noodles taste very good. It is worth recommending.

GGuest UserThis stay experience was really beyond expectations! First of all, I have to praise the location of the homestay. The surrounding environment is too comfortable. It is very pleasant whether it is a walk or a view of the scenery. The air is very fresh and there is no noise in the city at all. I feel very relaxed when I live in.
What is more heartwarming is the enthusiasm of the boss, from check-in to departure, the whole process is particularly thoughtful. Take the initiative to help with the luggage, come back at night and smile and say hello to ask how the stay is, that kind of intimacy is like going to a friend's house, and the room change in the middle is also very straightforward.
The room was clean and tidy, and the stay was very safe. Overall, the environment is extra points, the service is extra points, I will definitely choose this one next time I come here.

GGuest UserFacilities: Very complete, worthy of the Ctrip 3-star rating. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, making washing convenient. The parking lot is quite large.
Cleanliness: The sheets and duvet covers were clean, and the room had purified water.
Environment: Conveniently located near restaurants and hot pot spots, though it can be a bit noisy at night due to its proximity to the road.
Service: Very warm and welcoming, with water poured upon arrival and a bowl of Tremella soup delivered to each person's room. A very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is nestled in the Xianhai Scenic Area, surrounded by mountains and water, boasting a truly beautiful natural environment with fresh, quiet air. The architecture is grand and elegant, and the garden views are stunning, perfect for taking picturesque photos. The guest rooms are thoughtfully laid out and spacious, spotlessly clean, and feature exquisite, stylish decor. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep, and the soundproofing is superb, keeping the rooms quiet and peaceful. The scenic windows offer expansive views of the beautiful lake. The bathroom facilities are complete and brand new, making them comfortable and convenient to use. Cynthia, a member of the hotel staff, was incredibly warm and friendly, providing attentive and detailed service. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and any issues were resolved promptly and appropriately. Her demeanor was truly heartwarming. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive and well-equipped, including a heated swimming pool, gym, kids' club, and pet park – perfect for family vacations. Parking is convenient, and the location is excellent, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Both the service and the facilities are impeccable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and definitely give it a five-star rating. I will certainly choose to stay here again!
