A great hotel for a vacation! The room was spacious, and the balcony offered a nice view. The hot spring water truly had mineral deposits, leaving my skin smooth and comfortable after a soak. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese-speaking butler who showed us to our room and explained the facilities in detail. Due to the underfloor heating and air conditioning, the room was quite dry in winter, but the front desk promptly responded when we requested a humidifier and bottled water. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant's view was breathtaking. The nearby Podo Museum is worth a visit. It was also easy to get a taxi to Seogwipo; an Uber arrived in about 5 minutes. If I come to Jeju Island again, I would definitely consider staying here, and I'm grateful to all the hotel staff for the excellent experience.

A gorgeous hotel! A car is a must! The rooms are very clean and cozy. Robes, comfortable slippers, all toiletries, and even a washcloth are provided! The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, not superficially! They bring you as much water as you need. The complimentary wine and snacks were a pleasant surprise! The breakfasts are excellent! We highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the sun loungers by the pool require a fee; you can only use the benches for free, which is extremely inconvenient. The staff is very friendly! The room has a capsule coffee machine and a steamer.

The overall service was good, and the rooms were marked with nationality, so Chinese-speaking assistance was available by phone. We could also request a child toilet seat. However, the overall facilities for families were a bit lacking compared to domestic parent-child hotels. There were no complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste, so we had to bring our own or buy them from a vending machine. Only two bottles of mineral water were provided per day, and anything extra had to be purchased. Seogwipo City felt better for exploring than Jeju City, and both were about the same distance. Hyeopjae Beach is highly recommended. There was a sashimi place in the complex that was delicious, but Mom's fried chicken was just okay. For BHC fried chicken, the front desk could help order delivery, and it was a 15-minute walk away.

This is my favorite hotel in Jeju. It's a spacious studio room with an ocean view, albeit a distant one. The facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly. They offer a complimentary drink and snack service at Gran J once a day during your stay. I'm always very satisfied when I stay here.

We were a group of 5 adults and a baby. We checked in late, which was a bit of a shame, but we loved that there were 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen for cooking. It was very comfortable, and everything was conveniently located nearby, so we also enjoyed the swimming pool. We had a great time! Very satisfied. The water pressure was good, and the living room was cozy and comfortable. Being able to use Shinhwa World Theme Park made it a perfect spot for families with babies ❤️

This resort is located southwest of Jeju Island, about an hour and a half by taxi from the airport. Drivers here tend to drive quite slowly, usually around 80 km/h at most. The taxi fare was a bit over 38,000 won. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire resort and the speed is excellent. We booked a family room for two adults and one child, which had one double bed and one single bed – perfect for a family of three. The room was very new and clean, and it was cleaned once a day. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but everything else is. There are three hotels in the resort: Marriott, Landing, and Shinhwa. I think Shinhwa is the best place to stay because it's close to the pool, the food street, and the theme park. Our room package included three theme park tickets. Each ticket allowed us to enjoy three rides, so a total of nine rides was more than enough for our child to experience everything. It also included admission for three to the water park. One visit to the water park simply isn't enough; there are so many attractions, it's incredibly fun!

Reading the reviews, I honestly didn't have high expectations, but my stay truly exceeded them. First off, in the afternoon, my family of three enjoyed a relaxing swim in our private pool. In the evening, the lawn in front of the lobby looked beautiful under the sunset. Later, we sat on beanbag chairs, chatting with the sea breeze and drinks – it wasn't hot at all, just peaceful with background music. It was super relaxing and comfortable. In the morning, you could even watch the sunrise. Honestly, the cool evening breeze in summer is the best island vacation mode. Compared to my trip to Sanya during Chinese New Year, staying at the St. Regis and EDITION, there were too many people posing for photos, which wasn't relaxing at all. So, I was happy with both hotels I chose in Jeju this time: the Grand Hyatt in the city center and this one by the sea. However, to be fair, you don't spend a lot of time on Udo Island, so staying in the city is sufficient. If I go to Jeju Island again, I'd probably choose a hotel by Hyeopjae Beach directly. But those hotels don't look as 'Instagrammable' as this one, which is a dilemma. If I had to pick a con, the only one would be that the drinks at the on-site coffee shop weren't very good.

An incredibly satisfying stay! The hotel's overall atmosphere was elegant and comfortable, and the room was very spacious with a sophisticated, vintage-inspired decor. The biggest surprise was that some rooms came with a huge Jacuzzi, and opening the window revealed a magnificent ocean view. The rooftop heated pool offered an exceptional experience; watching the sunset there while enjoying drinks and conversation in the evening was a pure visual delight. The hotel service was incredibly attentive, and there was a wonderful staff member who spoke excellent Mandarin (reportedly a former Chinese teacher), making communication effortless. Furthermore, the hotel's secret garden in the backyard provided direct access to an Olle trail, making for a fantastic morning stroll experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone vacationing in Jeju Island!

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, offering fresh air and a decent swimming pool. You can explore the immediate vicinity around the hotel, and the guest rooms are spacious. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus, but the timings and routes weren't convenient for me. I ended up taking taxis to get around, luckily Uber was available. There's only one restaurant, and I tried both breakfast and dinner, neither of which I'd recommend. The view from my room wasn't great; the hotel's main entrance on the left blocked a significant portion of the view, which felt a bit depressing during my week-long stay. Overall, the experience was alright.

This is the best hotel out of 3 hotel we stayed at when we were in Jeju. I love the location, the rooms were spacious, staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. The view out to nature was amazing and calming. My kids enjoyed it. The pool is heated and was beautiful and it was perfect because the weather was cold. I love the idea of the DJ pool night time to just enjoy live music and chill time. Also very convenient with 7-11 store with other shops that are well affordable to buy necessities. The room service was also amazing. We ordered our food and it didn’t take long for them to be delivered. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL. A must to stay at if when we go again.
