A great hotel for a vacation! The room was spacious, and the balcony offered a nice view. The hot spring water truly had mineral deposits, leaving my skin smooth and comfortable after a soak. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese-speaking butler who showed us to our room and explained the facilities in detail. Due to the underfloor heating and air conditioning, the room was quite dry in winter, but the front desk promptly responded when we requested a humidifier and bottled water. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant's view was breathtaking. The nearby Podo Museum is worth a visit. It was also easy to get a taxi to Seogwipo; an Uber arrived in about 5 minutes. If I come to Jeju Island again, I would definitely consider staying here, and I'm grateful to all the hotel staff for the excellent experience.

Guest UserHotel insisted we had to pay extra for 1 more adult but our booking was made for 3 adults in Trip. Ultimately, it was resolved and we suppose it was a Trip booking issue.
Location was not the best as the nearest bus stop was a 15 minutes walk away, which was not too convenient due to the summer heat. Other tourist attractions within Seogwipyo were not directly accessible too, and were probably a 25 mins car ride away?
We noticed many families with small children in swimwear, so we reckon it was more suitable for people who like swimming or water activities in a resort. Amenities in room could have been replenished more too. The bathroom was not leakproof and extremely slippery after taking a bath. Extra caution required and very dangerous.

Guest UserLocation near theme park and others we didn’t visit, house is nice and spacious. Bed comfort is so so depends on individual. Down side is the lobby is a different building and have to drive to your own villas. Able to select villa location preference as the nearest convenience store is quite a distance away too. Weather was too chilly to walk between lobby, villa and convenience store. Lucky was driving a large vehicle to fit all the ppl and luggages, but the parking lots were not very big and always packed so had to park further away. Only one phone to call for assistance which when I tried took quite a long time for them to answer.

This place is fantastic! You can see Udo Island right from the courtyard, and Seongsan Ilchulbong is just a 5-minute walk away. You can even watch the sunrise from your bed in the morning, which is amazing. After the sunrise, we headed to a popular photo spot, and since it was so early, there was no one else around, so we got some beautiful pictures. At night, you can see fishing boats, and it's incredibly close to the ocean.
The hotel environment is very quiet, and the soundproofing is good. The complimentary facial masks were a lifesaver; I got a bit sunburnt coming back from Udo Island, and the mask helped a lot. The complimentary body lotion was also a godsend after a day in the sun.
There were a few minor downsides, but they're unavoidable. For example, there were some tiny flying insects, which is expected with a courtyard. It was also a little humid, but I understand why—it had been raining that morning, and it's so close to the sea, so that's also unavoidable.

DaodaodaOverall, it was decent. However, for a resort, none of the front desk staff spoke Chinese. We arrived around 1 PM and had to wait 45 minutes to check in. On the first night, there was a draft in our room causing a constant noise, but after reporting it the next day, they fixed it. The room was quite small; we couldn't even lay our 30-inch suitcase flat, and the bed was tiny – our child actually fell off the bed the first night.
On the plus side, it's very close to Mythical World. We received three basic tickets per person, which could be upgraded to a full pass at the park entrance for an extra fee. The park itself doesn't charge an entrance fee, but you pay for the rides. The park was very uncrowded, with almost no queues. There's also an animal feeding area which costs extra, but if you plan on visiting other farms later, you can skip this one. The hotel has a sky pool, and you can use your room card for unlimited access to the water park via a staircase, essentially giving you free entry to the water park. However, whether at the hotel or the water park, you have to wear a life jacket, which was a bit inconvenient. For food, there were only a few options nearby. On our last day, we discovered a BBQ fried chicken place that was really delicious.

Guest UserThe hotel's location was fantastic, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The heated swimming pool was a huge plus, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. But what truly stood out was the incredible friendliness of the staff – they made our experience absolutely perfect!

Alicia_xiBooked this for my parents. They said breakfast was excellent every day, with a great variety. Dinner was also very generous in portion size. My parents enjoyed a dip in the pool daily; they found it very relaxing. The little cat by the entrance was adorable; we greeted it every time we came back. The piano played every evening. If I didn't have work to finish, I would have loved to listen for much longer.

This is the best hotel out of 3 hotel we stayed at when we were in Jeju. I love the location, the rooms were spacious, staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. The view out to nature was amazing and calming. My kids enjoyed it. The pool is heated and was beautiful and it was perfect because the weather was cold. I love the idea of the DJ pool night time to just enjoy live music and chill time. Also very convenient with 7-11 store with other shops that are well affordable to buy necessities. The room service was also amazing. We ordered our food and it didn’t take long for them to be delivered. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL. A must to stay at if when we go again.

Guest UserLocation: Close to the sea with incredibly beautiful views, it's even a filming location for the Korean drama 'Princess Hours'. There aren't many rooms, and the whole place gives off a wonderfully quiet vibe, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Room Types: We experienced three room types: the Hanok (traditional Korean house), a suite, and a king room. Overall, the Hanok was the most unique, but the bed was a bit small. The suite's bed would be better suited for families with children.
Service: Generally, there aren't many staff members, but they are all quite friendly. The initial amenities provided aren't very extensive, perhaps for environmental reasons. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
