"1. **Transportation:** I arrived in Jeju around 9 PM. It took about two hours to get to the hotel by airport shuttle bus, as it's located in Seogwipo City, quite a distance from the airport. The return journey by bus was more direct, taking about 1.5 hours with fewer stops. There's a bus station nearby. It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to Seogwipo Olle Market.
2. **Environment:** I booked a sea view room, and it was absolutely fantastic, exceeding my expectations! I could see distant islands, the harbor, and even the school below, offering an excellent view.
3. **Service:** There were many staff members at the front desk who could communicate in English. They were all very friendly!
I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to explore the south and east parts of Jeju Island. It's away from the city center, quiet, boasts great scenery, and offers excellent value for money!
If I visit Seogwipo again, I'll definitely stay here. I've already recommended it to my friends."

"Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the carpark staff. The room was well-maintained, though the carpet could have been cleaner. 2 minor issue was that the toilet light would occasionally switch off unexpectedly and window mesh are not sealed properly that caused the mosquito to fly in. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience."

Amazing
GGuest UserIn Jeju's most peaceful village, with the majestic Baksugijeong Pavilion to your side and a peaceful harbor ahead, and the most beautiful coastline on the Olle Trail, especially in the mornings, dolphins occasionally show up to delight you.
This is a small gem of a place nestled in a truly lovely village. I often travel to business hotels, but it's rare to find a place that offers such a relaxing and restful stay.
The cozy room has everything you need, is extremely clean, and the bedding is firm and cozy. The lovely garden and the ocean beyond the window overlook the desk. The tranquility of a book is endless, and the warmth of those who have passed through the house makes the room even warmer.
The loving owners, with their refined hospitality, and the owner's homemade bread and the owner's marmalade are worth the all-night chat.
I plan to visit again when I visit Jeju for business or pleasure.
I had a wonderful rest.
GGuest UserA great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

Amazing
LLostSoullTraveling solo with my four-year-old daughter, I booked the most basic room type, and they kindly accommodated my request for a high-floor room, as noted in my reservation. While the hotel has some age, it's incredibly well-maintained, and the decor and ambiance are very pleasant. As someone who pays close attention to details, I found virtually no flaws in the room – even the grout lines in the bathroom were perfectly white, and the toiletries had a lovely, soothing scent. Since we slept in every day, we didn't make it to the breakfast restaurant. Instead, we ordered room service four times and enjoyed afternoon tea at the lobby lounge twice. Both the main courses and desserts were excellent, and the service was impeccable. I also have to mention the heated swimming pool; both the indoor and outdoor pools were kept at a comfortable 32 degrees Celsius, and there's a Jacuzzi, which was very kid-friendly. At sunset, walking around the public areas with my daughter, sitting on a bench, listening to the wind, and gazing at the sea was an absolute delight. To the right of the hotel, a path leads downhill directly to the beach and also intersects with the Jeju Olle trail. Coupled with four days and three nights of sunshine during our stay, this vacation was an incredibly satisfying experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel has been around for a while, so it feels a bit dated. For example, the corridors on both sides of the lobby use wall-mounted air conditioners instead of central air conditioning. However, the overall decor is still stylish and well-maintained. There's an outdoor pool, a casino, and a bowling alley, and the hotel is right next to the beach.
**Cleanliness:** The overall hygiene is very good.
**Environment:** The hotel offers great privacy. The outdoor pool is exclusively for hotel guests. The decor is still attractive, and the hotel has direct access to the beach.
**Service:** No issues with the service. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor.
GGuest UserA small resort but has good amenities, a restaurant that serves tasty meals at reasonable prices, convenience store in the basement of annexe building, indoor, outdoor pools n public hot baths. Service is efficient though lacks friendliness.
Room size is big in the main building. Breakfast variety could be more comprehensive. Overall we have enjoyed our stay n will return
GGuest UserThe hotel is very quiet, the room is clean, the sea can be seen, and the sights are convenient. It is especially worth mentioning that the boss is very friendly, tell us in detail how to get to the next attraction or hotel, and even send us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Thank you very much. The hotel also received a group of Chinese friends who stayed for the second time. It’s really good. I will come to Jeju Island next time and I will recommend friends.
GGuest UserLocation: Close to the sea with incredibly beautiful views, it's even a filming location for the Korean drama 'Princess Hours'. There aren't many rooms, and the whole place gives off a wonderfully quiet vibe, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Room Types: We experienced three room types: the Hanok (traditional Korean house), a suite, and a king room. Overall, the Hanok was the most unique, but the bed was a bit small. The suite's bed would be better suited for families with children.
Service: Generally, there aren't many staff members, but they are all quite friendly. The initial amenities provided aren't very extensive, perhaps for environmental reasons. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
GGuest UserThis was a cozy and pleasant hotel. Furthermore, one of the main reasons we chose Suite Hotel was the kids' library, which had a great selection of Gyowon books. My child absolutely loved it, so we were really satisfied. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast selection was simple and had fewer options compared to other hotels, and dinner at the restaurant was really, really underwhelming. Despite this, our overall satisfaction was still good.
VValentinyThe main reason we picked this hotel was for the sunrise! It didn’t disappoint although it gt blocked from our balcony , just go to the open space and there can view without any obstructions.
It’s peaceful and comfortable. Facing the ocean room with balcony is really nice choice! Free parking available. Gt microwave to use. Nearby can walk to minimart. Can pay additional for Korean style buffet bfast but the spread is a little disappointing for the price.
Minutes away frm the sunrise peak. It’s convenient if have car. 1 hour plus away from city. Will stay again.

Very Good
JJoeanne JoeStaying at ShinShin Hotel Jeju Ocean and honestly… location is 💯
Just minutes away from iconic spots like Eodolgae Rock, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, scenic trails, and the lively Jeju Olle Market—everything is so accessible.
The food? Surprisingly good.
The room? Huge, spotless linens, and a wow factor with a massive smart TV—perfect for Netflix & YouTube nights after long walks.
Comfortable, clean, convenient…
definitely a great base for exploring Jeju 🖤🌊
