CChantal06The ladies at the reception are so kind and friendly 🌹 we were welcome with a big and nice smile. They made our stay so nice and help us with everything we needed. The room is clean and smells good , all of commodities around , the place is easy to find and not far from the railway station.

TTiandehua1980I have stayed a few times on business trips, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is good, the hot water is stable, and the bed is very comfortable. There is also a smart small degree that is too convenient, no need to control the lights, TV switches, very convenient and practical. The service staff is gentle and polite, responsive, quiet and comfortable to sleep.

GGuest UserA newly opened hotel in Nanle County finally had the opportunity to experience it, and I was not disappointed! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the decoration. It was very spacious and chic. The front desk lady was also very warm and welcoming. She took the initiative to help with luggage [love] and upgraded the room type. The room is large and clean, and the whole house is smart. If you have any questions, you can call Xiaodu at any time. You don’t need to get out of bed. It is especially convenient. 🥰 The whole stay is very comfortable. When you check out, the front desk lady gave a few bottles of water, especially polite. Friends, close your eyes and rush, you will not be disappointed ～

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, I want to say the room. The room was very warmly furnished and the space was spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable and I was given a full rest after a busy day. The lighting in the room was also very good and made me feel very comfortable in the room. In addition, the room facilities, including air conditioning, TV, etc., made me feel very convenient during my stay.
Secondly, I wanted to talk about service. The hotel staff was very welcoming and always smiling and made me feel very welcome. They always helped very promptly when I had any needs. Also, they provided some advice to help me better understand the city. I am very grateful for their warm service.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay experience. The room was comfortable and the service was warm. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity.
