The hotel in Gannan was booked on the way to Xiahe. Although there are not many reviews of this homestay, the score is not very high! But with intuition, it was quickly decided! Later found out! How wise this decision is!
Let me talk about the location first. The homestay is six or seven minutes drive from Labrang Temple. If you want to take a slow walk for 20 minutes. There is a Dix at the door of the homestay, very good! The homestay is not facing the street. It takes about a minute or two to walk from the roadside to the homestay. This kind of non-street is very friendly to people like me who don't sleep well! Very quiet!
The next service also makes people feel full of heart and sincerity! I have also done a homestay for a few years, and I have received thousands of guests. I have also personally taken guests to walk around my city. This time I stayed at this homestay and was fortunate to be received by the owner personally. After placing the order, contact us to confirm the arrival time, help us turn on the heating in advance, and greet us at the alley to help us with our luggage. Arriving at the homestay, we accepted the furnishings in the homestay. It happened that we were not busy at night and took us to the Labrang Temple at night! The experience is really good!
Of course, facilities and equipment and sanitation and bathroom showers are impeccable! The bath water is very sufficient, the fatigue of the journey is washed away, and the bedding is very comfortable! The rest is very good, and the next day is full of vitality!
That's right! Extra, because it was late, and there was a little bit of a slight anti-reverse for personal reasons, so I was too lazy to go out to eat. It happened that this store also made hot pot by itself and used dinner in the store! Unexpectedly! The taste is also very good! The weight is very good! The quality of yak beef is very good! Location and Natural Beauty
The hotel is nestled on the edge of the Sangke Grassland, offering vast grassland scenery as soon as you step out the door. On our check-in day, the welcoming owner offered to take us for a walk by a nearby stream. Verdant grass lay beneath our feet, dotted with wildflowers, the stream gurgled, and in the distance, cattle and sheep strolled leisurely. It felt like stepping into an untouched natural landscape. This immersive experience, detached from the hustle and bustle of life, was one of the greatest surprises of the trip.
Service is in the Details
What touched us most was the owner's thoughtfulness. Due to our tight schedule the next day, we planned to depart at 7:30 AM. We had planned to skip breakfast, but the owner specifically inquired about our departure time the night before and prepared a hot breakfast the next morning. Bread, milk tea, and side dishes...the simple fare held the most simple warmth, making us feel like family on a cool morning. This selfless enthusiasm far exceeds expectations of ”hotel service.”
