Facilities: fully equipped Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: comfortable environment Service: Service enthusiasm This stay experience was really amazing! The location is super convenient, parking is convenient, the surrounding dining and supermarkets are all available, travel and shopping are particularly worry-free. When checking in, the staff was warm and efficient, patiently answered various questions, and intimately informed the surrounding play guide. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of lighting, soft and comfortable bedding, and a good night's sleep; the facilities were complete and well maintained, the hot water was stable and/or full of details. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is great. The process was smooth when checking out, without delay. The overall stay experience is very good, the hotel is conveniently located, and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest at night is very stable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out efficiency is high. The bathroom facilities are complete and the hot water is stable and sufficient. The fly in the ointment is that there are few breakfast categories, the overall price is online, daily travel accommodation is worth choosing, and I will consider staying next time I have the opportunity.

This was a very weird hotel experience. Firstly, the staff is great and were very responsive to any issues I had. That being said, the hotel has seen better days. I changed rooms, but both rooms had very dirty carpets and bathrooms which had traces of molding on the silicone connections, and the windows were, in my opinion, small. The showers were clean, but the hairs were not removed for a long time, and the water drained very slowly. During my stay, I even saw a small gecko run across the bathroom... The AC unit is terribly loud too, and I couldn't sleep the first night almost at all because of it. I later got used to it, but it still gave me troubles during nighttime. On the third day, around 8:25, the cleaning staff barged into the room unannounced. Even though I was awake, this created an awkward experience... Later, when they came again, they only quickly knocked before coming inside again... The hotel's breakfast is minimal, and poorly prepared. I'd recommend skipping it, and getting something from the street in front of the hotel instead. The location of the hotel is good, being only a 5 minute walk away from the entrance to the Mount Longhu scenic area entrance.
