AalisazhirnovaThe hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television.

YYAkimkaFirst of all, It’s worth to note friendliness and responsiveness of personnel at reception desk. Thank you, guys - you’re great!
We also liked design of the room. It’s spacious enough and tastefully designed- nothing superfluous.
The location is also very convenient for staying several days in the city - you can easily get to the main attractions as well to the beach (walking distance).
Something to improve:
- cleaning was not very good. Sand was on the floor and unavoidably on the bed.
- some devices needed to dry towels and personal items. Humidity is high and you have no place where to put your clothes and towels to dry

VVivian tripThe hotel is located between two stations, and is very convenient to various attractions in the old city. It can be reached by foot.
Cabi was very enthusiastic when checking in. He asked us if we were tired and said he would complete the check-in procedure as soon as possible. There was coffee and water to drink next to us. He gave us a map in Spanish and said we could ask him anytime if we had any questions.
This is his fourth day working in this hotel. I hope he can have a good time at work and keep his enthusiasm❤️🔥
The room's color scheme, bed and pillows were all very comfortable. This was the first time during my trip that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night.

GGuest UserGreat location. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is small for North American standard but it serves its purpose. Friendly hotel staff at reception. The only down side to the stay was the temperature of the room. It was too hot despite lowering the thermostat in the room. The ceiling fan helped a bit.

I really liked that the toilet and room were separated, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The location is also very good, making it convenient to go anywhere. I'll recommend it to friends if I visit again.

SSuyun♬The overall experience of this trip hotel is still very good. In order to specifically see the Valencia Science City, it is very close. The hotel rooftop overlooks the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. There are many restaurants on the four floors of the shopping mall downstairs.

MMr.travelsThe support of the reception staff was very good! It was very convenient to use the bicycle for 24 hours at 13 euros, and it was good that it was difficult to go to the supermarket when walking in Valencia!

GGuest UserHotel is ok, the reason I am giving 3/5 is coz of the check-in. It took like 30min...you should not have such a bottle neck on the frontdesk... It is a mess. Other than that is ok. It has a small pool for probably too many people and location is cool. Far from downtown but MTR is right beside so it takes like 20min to go to the city center.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service is very good. Even if you don't understand Spanish, you can still communicate in English. The facilities are well-equipped. There is also a microwave in the lounge to microwave food. The hotel is also very clean.
