GGuest UserNice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).

VVivian tripThe hotel is located between two stations, and is very convenient to various attractions in the old city. It can be reached by foot.
Cabi was very enthusiastic when checking in. He asked us if we were tired and said he would complete the check-in procedure as soon as possible. There was coffee and water to drink next to us. He gave us a map in Spanish and said we could ask him anytime if we had any questions.
This is his fourth day working in this hotel. I hope he can have a good time at work and keep his enthusiasm❤️🔥
The room's color scheme, bed and pillows were all very comfortable. This was the first time during my trip that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night.

YYAkimkaFirst of all, It’s worth to note friendliness and responsiveness of personnel at reception desk. Thank you, guys - you’re great!
We also liked design of the room. It’s spacious enough and tastefully designed- nothing superfluous.
The location is also very convenient for staying several days in the city - you can easily get to the main attractions as well to the beach (walking distance).
Something to improve:
- cleaning was not very good. Sand was on the floor and unavoidably on the bed.
- some devices needed to dry towels and personal items. Humidity is high and you have no place where to put your clothes and towels to dry

GGuest UserGreat location. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is small for North American standard but it serves its purpose. Friendly hotel staff at reception. The only down side to the stay was the temperature of the room. It was too hot despite lowering the thermostat in the room. The ceiling fan helped a bit.

IIalvsarOur experience here was a 10!! María, the girl at the reception, is very good at her job as well as an excellent person. He explained everything in detail, not only to us but to everyone who was staying there. It is next to the beach. There is public transportation to get to the city center. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean with some welcome chocolates. The hotel is very clean and smells very good. The only thing we have missed is more options at breakfast.

GGuest UserEl apartamento está bastante bien. Aunque si haces la reserva por medio de Trip hacer el check-IN es bastante engorroso. La persona que nos atendió por parte del departamento no se enteraba muy bien sobre lo necesario para hacer el check-In, aunque en todo momento tuvo muy buena predisposición. Además, la comunicación por WhatsApp es muy buena con respuesta casi inmediata. Pero lo dicho, si haces la reserva por medio de TRIP el check-In es bastante burocrático.

GGuest UserHotel is ok, the reason I am giving 3/5 is coz of the check-in. It took like 30min...you should not have such a bottle neck on the frontdesk... It is a mess. Other than that is ok. It has a small pool for probably too many people and location is cool. Far from downtown but MTR is right beside so it takes like 20min to go to the city center.
