Guest UserThe best Novotel out of Valencia, Sevilla and Madrid (where I stayed during my Spain trip).
• Location: Very convenient - next to a shopping center and two supermarkets. Within 15-30 min bus ride to key attractions and train station
• Room: Clean and modern - with the European standard basic essentials (hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel) and things upon request (e.g. slippers)
• Staff: Reception staff was friendly and helpful - happy to recommend places and how to get to places
Overall a pleasant stay with expected standard!

Guest UserThe room was spotless and the air conditioning excellent. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the charming courtyard, and tasteful decor. The location is perfect, right by the old town and a short tram ride to the beach via Pont de Fusta. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, we enjoyed exploring local spots in the old town. The staff were very helpful, storing our bags and arranging our return taxi.

Anonymous UserClean, modern and beautiful apartment. Unfortunately checkin was an ordeal, had to reach out myself to get instructions and then they asked several times for a lot of information they already had, and on top of it at the end they sent me a link to fill in a form online with some of that info again. Never had such a bad experience checking in before (it’s usually 1 min and not 20 min). Also got a very noisy apartment, you could hear everything on the street including construction work.

Guest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

Vivian trip
The hotel is located between two stations, and is very convenient to various attractions in the old city. It can be reached by foot.
Cabi was very enthusiastic when checking in. He asked us if we were tired and said he would complete the check-in procedure as soon as possible. There was coffee and water to drink next to us. He gave us a map in Spanish and said we could ask him anytime if we had any questions.
This is his fourth day working in this hotel. I hope he can have a good time at work and keep his enthusiasm❤️🔥
The room's color scheme, bed and pillows were all very comfortable. This was the first time during my trip that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night.

Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.

First of all, It’s worth to note friendliness and responsiveness of personnel at reception desk. Thank you, guys - you’re great!
We also liked design of the room. It’s spacious enough and tastefully designed- nothing superfluous.
The location is also very convenient for staying several days in the city - you can easily get to the main attractions as well to the beach (walking distance).
Something to improve:
- cleaning was not very good. Sand was on the floor and unavoidably on the bed.
- some devices needed to dry towels and personal items. Humidity is high and you have no place where to put your clothes and towels to dry

The location is excellent, right next to the City of Arts and Sciences, which is very convenient. There's also a large supermarket nearby, making shopping easy. Free iced water is available at the front desk. Overall, this hotel is quite good.

The location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities leave much to be desired.
