This is the most expensive one I have ever lived in the UK but the smallest one. The price is too low and the check-in procedures are the most cumbersome. But the hotel is very beautiful, the location is good, the aunt who serves is very warm, the breakfast room is amazing, and the breakfast quality is very good.

Guest UserWonderful, well equipped apartment in the beautiful, sunny town of Fort William. Short walk from town centre and public transport, walking distance to Ben Nevis Visitor Centre too. Special treat to have two bathrooms in a two bed apartment. Neil and Tracy were very helpful in advising luggage storage options. Would love to stay again!

It is said to be a very historical hotel. Just by the lake, the scenery is good. The door is the ferry boat, it is convenient to go to the other side, the car is 12 pounds once, people are free. Self-driving is OK, if you go to the town of Fort William, it is a bit around, and the ferry is much closer to the other side. There are no shopping and dining around.
The hotel room is relatively small, we 3 people, a double bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 small rooms, the bathroom is also very small, the corridor is like a maze.
Breakfast 8-10 is a way to order food. We chose breakfast with breakfast and also a point. Breakfast is not bad, recommended salmon scrambled eggs, Scottish salmon is delicious.

The hotel is an old building, very tasteful, whether it is going to Fort William or returning to Edinburgh from Paradise Island, you can choose to rest here. Good service, facilities match the old building and three-star standards. It is said that along the road in front of the hotel, there is a small town with more seafood. I didn't go this time due to time. It is very close to the three sister peaks and it takes only 20 minutes to drive there. It was good to taste breakfast and lunch in the hotel restaurant.

A very comfortable hotel, next to the lake, there is a parking lot in front of the hotel (shown in Figure 1), the breakfast is traditional Scottish style, overall it is ok

何The check-in experience this time was very poor. The hotel is a bit far away from William Paul, and it is relatively hidden. There was no waiter when I arrived at the hotel. I knocked on the door for a long time and no one answered. I saw the sign on the wall, and I had to go to another castle hotel 8 minutes away group. When I took a shower in the bathroom after check-in, the light on the roof suddenly fell off, accompanied by the falling of the stone, which hurt my hand for 3 days! There is no waiter in the hotel, so I called us to deal with it in the morning of the second day.

Really great Hotel. Cheapest around as well so don’t really get when people book cheap hotels and complain that it’s not 5* 😂. Location is amazing. The Loch is beautiful. Staff are really nice. Rooms have everything you need and are quite spacious. Food is really good although a wee bit expensive but still good sized portions.

Great view and location, within walking distance to places. The place looked old but quite clean. However, we got holes in our face towel. The shower was confusing to use. The water pressure was low and wasn't hot enough.
