GGuest UserThe hotel taxi is more expensive than the outside taxi, the hotel pool is only for men and it is very strange!!!! The room was for smokers and the air conditioner didn't stink and smelled great after a day! When I checked out, I had to carry my luggage to the door, and even though I had tipped everyone well, no escort was done and I carried all the luggage by myself. One of the passengers helped me take me down the stairs! They didn't even say goodbye and it wasn't respectful at all, I won't go back to the hotel!

GGuest UserIt was a great hotel. First of all, the man at the reception was very polite, but friendly and worked efficiently. I was very impressed. The porter was also very friendly and talked to me about Japanese martial arts. He had a lot to talk about. The female staff also made an effort to exchange money outside of business hours. All the staff at this hotel were full of hospitality and made various efforts to help me. The room was very clean and tidy. It is a 5-star hotel, so it has everything you need. There was a kettle, but there were no coffee cups, so when I asked for one, they even brought me a Nespresso machine. What's more, they gave me four capsules. I was impressed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and everything was incredibly delicious. And what is particularly noteworthy about this hotel is that it is 1/3 to 1/4 the price of other 5-star hotels in Tehran, even though everything is perfect. It is close to the metro station (about 10 minutes), and although there is a lot of traffic on the road in front, the room is quiet, so I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Tehran.
最高に良いホテルでした。まず レセプションの男性はとても礼儀正しく、しかしフレンドリーで仕事もテキパキと進めます。とても好印象でした。ポーターがまたとても親しみを持てる人で、日本の格闘技について話をしてくれました。話題が豊富です。また女性スタッフは時間外の両替にも尽力してくれました。このホテルのスタッフの人は皆、ホスピタリティに溢れており、私を助けるために色々と努力をしてくれました。部屋はとても清潔で綺麗です。5つ星 なので必要なものは全て揃っています。ポットがあったのですがコーヒーカップがなかったのでそれを頼むと、ネスプレッソのマシンまで持ってきてくれました。しかも、カプセルを4つも。感激しました。朝食ビュッフェは種類も豊富で、どれも信じられないほど美味しいです。そしてこのホテルの特筆すべき点は、全てが完璧なのにテヘランにある他の5つ星ホテルに比べて 1/3〜1/4の価格なのです。メトロの駅からも近く（およそ10分）、前の道路のトラフィックは多いながら部屋の中は静かで、私は次にテヘランに来ても必ずこのホテルに泊まります。

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good and I liked the room, there was no problem with hot water nor air conditioner. Breakfast was very nice although waffle or several items were unavailable even it is written as available on the open kitchen corner. One thing that disturbed me most is that the hotel doorman first tried to reject my entry saying ”Full” ”No Room” ” Go to other hotel” even I told him I had reservation. It took me so much pain to push away this arrogant and mannerless doorman to reach concierge. And this doorman also never helped me to carry my luggage at the time of checkout. Was he really a gatekeeper or hired as bouncer?

AAnonymous UserIt's a little far from the general tourist area, but it's a few minutes' walk from the subway station, so I was able to move around without any problems. Room facilities are good and clean. Breakfast is also delicious. Friendly staff.

TThomasA very basic hotel matching the very cheap rate so people should have reasonable expectations. Location is good though, as it is only a 10 minute walk to/from the Sa'adi metro on line 1. Many of the must see attractions are accessible on this metro line, or else through a change to other lines. Iran is an interesting country, though made very challenging for foreign tourists travelling alone due to the sanctions. Traveling since the early 80's, it has been the most challenging destination outside of war zones for me so be mentally prepared!

QQIUYANGThe hotel is located in the central area of Tehran, and the transportation is quite convenient. It is about a 20-minute walk from the subway station. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that is delicious, but the price is more expensive. The breakfast is average, the room facilities are average, the room is clean, and the service staff are very friendly to Chinese people. Tehran is cheaper to take a taxi, but it is also more prone to traffic jams. Staying in such small and medium-sized hotels in Tehran is not cost-effective. You can spend a little more money to stay in luxury hotels, or you can stay in cheap hostels.

HHHL0212It was pretty good. The room was clean, and the location was close to the money exchange plaza and phone card shops. The counter staff spoke fluent English, and the price on Trip.com was even cheaper than asking on-site. I recommend booking online.

BBedriIt's not a hotel but a hostel. The rooms are very old, stuffy, the beds are very old and bad, there is no air conditioning. They don't give you toilet paper unless you ask for it, they don't change the towels, the room is not cleaned. The location is very good but the service is terrible. The person at the reception was very good.
