I was rejected by the young female staff of the restaurant. I felt very uncomfortable. The hotel has been renovated and the facilities are good. A male employee was very helpful when checking in. We communicated that we are non-Japanese and will not make a tatami bed and help make a bed. It is a hotel with facilities but the meals are really bad
