No bugs , very clean , not a small room , reasonable price in cabos , friendly staff (who speak English well)
Has balcony with view, fridge is working well , breakfast included , has small cleaned kitchen(I didn't use though since I stayed only 1 night ) , welcome cookie , 2 water for free.
I liked everything that hotel offered .
Needed to walk a bit from center but I liked it because I could see local store , beautiful flowers.
I didn't even checked out yet but I am writing this review since I satisfied.
If I come back to cabos , I will definitely choose this hotel again

KKarenI stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

RR0nald0The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast, although it doesn't offer a great variety, was simple but tasteful, perfect for the day to begin.
The staff were very helpful and helpful and always available to meet my needs, which really added to the quality of my stay. The view from the roof was simply beautiful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the landscape.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to get to the room when you are tired. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to everything, which allows you to discover the local attractions quickly without having to move too much.
However, there are some disadvantages to mention: electrical captures were not always working properly, which was a little frustrating, and sound in the rooms leaves to be desired. I could easily hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms, which affected my comfort slightly.
In general, if you are looking for a well-located and with a good service in Los Cabos, the Hotel Colmena Marina is a good option!

GGuest UserEverything and everyone was great. From check in with Lilianas beautiful smile, to Dante, Jose and Rosalinas assistance when needed.
Close to 2 great supermarkets, a Oxxo , a Starbucks, and even a McDonald's.
There was a coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge and dinnerware in the very clean room with balcony.
Also very close to the (very cheap) bus stop to Chileno Beach and Cabo San Lucas.
I would definitely return.
Don't miss Art Walk on Thursday night in the town center (take Uber).

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel perhaps six or seven times. I like the location it is close to the city (2 blocks ) it is close to the beach (2.5) blocks. Close to some tasty restaurants. Very big pool and free laundry. Free breakfast was tasty!! Also free use of washer and dryer. Hotel restaurant is also tasty. Dont forget to ask for your free maragraita coupon per person upon check in, I will return to this hotel happily!

YYingThe facilities are hard to say, really too general, the rural guest house feels. Even drinking water is not provided, just a place to sleep, don’t have any extravagant hopes, except for the convenient transportation, it is very close to the immigration bureau, there is no advantage.

AAnonymous UserThe staff were particularly helpful and super friendly at all times, so that made up for okay amenities (the pool was a bit cold at night and harder to go for a quick swim but we managed). We did love the beds, they were incredibly comfy and the room we got was quiet so we were able to have a restful sleep. The breakfast was okay but I would have loved some veggies that they apparently had at some point, yet never brought back out again. The coffee was pretty solid though, so that was a plus. Lastly, the location was gold-walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and places to book tours. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose for our two-night stay :).
