4-Star Hotels in Los Cabos

Advantages: The location is OK, close to the airport, in the center of the old city, the facilities are relatively new, relatively clean, and there are more food nearby. Disadvantages: too noisy! ! If you are looking at the sea, it is not recommended to live here, a bit far away.

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

It was Paradise. From the entrance to the Resort to our last day there. Staff was excellent and the amenities were great. Top notch location, beautiful views, cleanliness, design, pools and beach furniture. highly recommend the villa pools for private swimming exercise and the oceanfront infinity pools for the view and pool bar restaurant.

My experience at the Westin was lovely, with excellent views and a great location. I wouldn't recommend the dinner buffets because they're quite expensive and don't offer much variety. But I would definitely return to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is directly at the airport with a free shuttle service that takes about five minutes in total. The hotel does what it was built for, giving you a place for the night close to the airport. Book in advance and online via resellers. Looked like local price was much higher. When it comes to check-in, it starts exactly 3pm — not a single minute before. Then there’s a rush and the clerk is overloaded for some time while others at the front desk only looking around. Breakfast, well… that was really poor. But all in all the stay was good.

Nice place but I don’t think I will ever come back

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

Slow check in, slow check out, need more professional staff in front desk, the their faces look like they are making you a favor. Need to change that
