The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was near a shopping mall. The host was very fast-responding and provided clear instructions for check-in. Highly recommended.

Overall, Yangtze Hotel provides comfort, convenience, and good service. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and affordable hotel in the Permas Jaya area.

Abit had a bad trip for this time as water heater dont have hot water... The hairDryer spoil i cant even blow dry my hair. Hopefully can check everything ok before pass key to tourists as this is my 2nd time visit hope is not the last time.

Guests can easily enjoy local dishes, supper spots, and entertainment within walking distance. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and modern style, making it a smart choice for a short stay in Johor Bahru.

Location is very near to tebrau highway, which is very accessible to Mid Valley (South Key), town area, mt austin, highway to Johor Premium Outlet. There is also a Korean restaurant right at the pool level. Right beside Ponderosa Golf Course (great stay for golfers). Checking in & out is also very accessible and convenient. However i think the cleanliness is a little poor. Floor were dusty when we enter.

Place is super near to mid valley and customs. affordable price and super clean homestay. Definitely recommended

No-frills budget hotel, what you pay for is what you get. Easy check-in experience with the counter staff. Location conveniently located near many massage establishments and food options nearby! If a hairdryer could be provided in room, it would be great!

Process smooth...but lift waiting time abit long...wait almost 10min+ in the end can't board as lift fully occupied..
