"The price is good and there is a food street, convenience stores and a Watsons within the same shop lot area. Really good place!
The room itself is a little run down, but not uncomfortable. The aircon goes down real cold and the water can go up to scorching hot. There’s a hairdryer.
I would recommend you stay in a room with a window instead of a room without because the experience is so much better."

Room is quite spacious for a boutique hotel. Stayed one night the room is consider quite clean.
But our room hair dryer has a hair stuck in it, and it causes a very heavy burned smell, told the receptionist and they changed a new one for us which is very good.
Overall, I had a great stay.

However, the room was quite small, and cleanliness could be improved as the walls were dirty and there was hair on both the bed and the floor. On a positive note, the toilet was clean.

GgohjasmineOverall, the experience was positive, and the location is excellent—situated just opposite Mid Valley Mall. However, gaining security access to the building took quite some time.
Parking was another area of concern. Although the designated lot was on Level 2, lift access was only available from Level 2A, which posed difficulties—particularly for those accompanied by elderly individuals, wheelchair users, young children, or heavy luggage. Unit is clean.
Additionally, the toilet floors were quite slippery, and with no floor mats or rugs provided, it created a potential safety hazard, especially for the elderly.

GGuest UserLocation is very near to tebrau highway, which is very accessible to Mid Valley (South Key), town area, mt austin, highway to Johor Premium Outlet. There is also a Korean restaurant right at the pool level. Right beside Ponderosa Golf Course (great stay for golfers). Checking in & out is also very accessible and convenient. However i think the cleanliness is a little poor. Floor were dusty when we enter.

It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service.
