Plentong Hotels with Breakfast

It's great to be back at the Renaissance Permas Jaya. Our last visit was a couple of years ago, and to our pleasant surprise, the hotel has been just as well maintained as we remembered. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, as there were plenty of nearby local eateries where we enjoyed our meals. Overall, thank you to the Renaissance team for another wonderful experience, from the swift check-in process to promptly accommodating our room service request! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Didn’t like the room I get this time. The shower screen bottom is leaking and it floods the whole floor. They only have rain shower not shower head. It makes it difficult to shower without washing your hair. Have to put on shower cap.

Good peaceful place for retreat. Enjoy my stay there. Spacious room.Can visit nearby shopping by GRAB. Recommended

Came here for a 2D1N stay while exploring the Masai to Pasir Gudang stretch. Booking, check in and out are all smooth. Room was ready when we came around 4pm and I believe all are on the 2nd floor. We got ours overlooking the golf course thankfully. Spacious room with mini fridge and get this - separate shower and toilet, with doors. The sink and toiletries are in the middle of these 2. Plenty of carpark lots. My biggest issue is probably the carpark was not lighted up at night eventhough they have the lamppost so wasn't easy to look when parking at night.They have many facilities but we had no time to try, refer to uploaded photo for their info.

The hotel has decent lobby and the room is clean. We booked the family room and it is quite spacious. We checked in at 10pm and checked out before 10am the next day. The guy during check-in didn’t bother to stand up from his chair or greet us at all - not the usual Malaysian hospitality one had hoped. The hotel is located somewhere in industrial/warehouse area with no eateries nearby. It’s okay for an overnight stay or if you have a car.

I checked out of the hotel early Saturday morning. While I was on my way home, about 40-50 minutes after checking out, I realized I'd left my phone charger in the room. I called the hotel front desk and asked them to check the room and keep the charger, promising to pick it up later. The receptionist readily agreed. Later that evening, I called again to confirm, and they confirmed they had it. However, when I checked yesterday and today, they couldn't find the charger and were trying to evade responsibility. My charger is an expensive, original charger, not available in regular stores; you have to buy it at an official shop.

Place was quite out of the way from everything. Food options were around 20+mins walk away at Johor Jaya area. Hardly anything around the area was open when we were there on Sat night/Sun morning. But room was clean and spacious. Quite a good deal!

They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!
