Overall the place is pretty big and nice. Although it looked a bit sketchy outside it was guarded by guards. And you need a key card to get access inside so it’s quite safe. Everything was exactly like the picture. Even better. It’s a nice place to stay at Johor. And just a few min rides to mid valley south key and the new mall sks city mall.

Well prepared place amd big enough for families. Owners are friendly and provide very clear instructions for check in. They are also very responsive too! There is also a hawker right at the corner of the condo which is such a great place for local breakfast before heading off. Definitely recommend or come back for a stay.

The unit itself was impressive, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The minimalist style created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the dining table being neatly set with cups, plates, and cutlery. The kitchen was well-equipped with a water filtration system, microwave oven, kettle, and induction cooker, making meal preparation convenient. The living room was spacious and comfortable, featuring cozy sofas, additional seating, and a 55-inch TV with Netflix access. It was more than adequate for a large family gathering. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a selection of board games available for guests, which added to the family-friendly environment. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Most of the air-conditioning remote controls did not have batteries installed, with only one functioning remote available. We eventually had to transfer batteries from the TV remote control for use elsewhere, and spare batteries were limited. The master bathroom was particularly impressive, with a spacious layout, separate shower cubicle, and bathtub. The bathrooms were clean, inviting, and stocked with a large bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. However, no body wash was provided. Additionally, the shower floors in both bathrooms became quite slippery when wet, and despite our request for additional bathroom floor towels or anti-slip mats due to the presence of both elderly family members and young children, only a limited number were available. A washing machine was available in the service yard, although it appeared rather dusty and no laundry detergent was provided. One unusual observation was that some doors occasionally opened by themselves without any apparent reason, which was a little unsettling at times. While the accommodation itself was enjoyable, our experience with the managing agent was less satisfactory. During a previous stay at Mosaic, the agent had been proactive, responsive, and patient, providing comprehensive information well in advance, including directions and Wi-Fi details. In contrast, for this stay, communication was minimal and the necessary check-in information was only provided shortly after midnight on the day of check-in. Earlier and more proactive communication would have greatly improved the guest experience and reduced unnecessary uncertainty before arrival. Overall, the unit itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and suitable for large family stays. With a few improvements to amenities and communication, the experience could be even better.

Location is close to mid valley mall; eateries available just besides it. security measure by scanning of registered QR code for entry and exit upon registration at the guardhouse. Responsive host provided detailed info before and during stay . Enjoyed our stay at the unit, cozy and pleasant, except bedroom air con not cold. Half way of our sleep, had to switch on fan too to make it cooler. This host provides small floor mats and table cloth. If there’s a dining table will be even better. Highly recommended, hope to book agee as in in future.

Didn’t like the room I get this time. The shower screen bottom is leaking and it floods the whole floor. They only have rain shower not shower head. It makes it difficult to shower without washing your hair. Have to put on shower cap.

Good location, close to Midvalley southkey. Apartment comes with allocated car park lot and fairly huge unit. Comes with a washing machine in the yard but we didn’t use it. Could do with some additional hooks and towel holders in the bathrooms, and perhaps a fresh dishwashing sponge for new guests. Communications via WhatsApp was great though! Decent cleanliness.

Came here for a 2D1N stay while exploring the Masai to Pasir Gudang stretch. Booking, check in and out are all smooth. Room was ready when we came around 4pm and I believe all are on the 2nd floor. We got ours overlooking the golf course thankfully. Spacious room with mini fridge and get this - separate shower and toilet, with doors. The sink and toiletries are in the middle of these 2. Plenty of carpark lots. My biggest issue is probably the carpark was not lighted up at night eventhough they have the lamppost so wasn't easy to look when parking at night.They have many facilities but we had no time to try, refer to uploaded photo for their info.

Self check in process was quite clear and we manage to park the rental car at the right spot with the clear instructions. The unit was nice and large and quite well equipped. We only stayed for a night but if staying longer will make use of the pool access for the kid. Overall decent stay for the price compared to the surrounding hotels.

Cleanliness good, location okay. Parking is terrible, no proper information from the guards. Parking register at east but parking lot at west + LG 3. The apartment itself is improvable such as the condition of iron board cause the board almost no sponge on top of it & may put facilities information on the wall such as location of swimming pool and playground.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but the noise from the neighbors made it nearly impossible. They were terribly loud at all hours, from late at night to early in the morning. I could hear constant talking, doors slamming, and what sounded like kids screaming and some chairs moving from upstairs. Even with earplugs, it was hard to get any rest. Definitely won't recommend this homestay.
