Location is good and clean & cozy room. Stay for 2 nights at end of Aug, cold even without any air conditioner/ fan. Walking distance to Gubalowka and Krupowki street. Stay for 2 nights and spend a full day at Tatra national park.

Super cozy place with absolutely perfect service. Room was very clean and location is pretty nice too, not too far from town or the bus station

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

Receptionists are super helpful and nice!! I was welcomed by Elisabeth for the first day and followed her super good travel ideas and routes to hike! The hotel are very cute and clean. Behind the hotel is a hiking route ❤️☀️ I will come back definitely!!

A cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing

The place is nice and clean. There is no lift or elevators which is hard for senior citizens. They should give the lower floor for the seniors and the to the people with disabilities. There are no air conditions at least provide an electric fan.

Great peaceful side of town. Still walkable distance to all the happenings. Great value considering they include the aqua park pass and breakfast.

Great for walking, since 20m from trail starts... For that buy the park tixket online to avoid queue, by the way The thermal baths in town was included in hotel price which was great, just a bus and walk to get there tjough, not on site.

The staff is very friendly and can communicate in English. The location is not bad, the shopping street outside the hotel, you can buy hand letters, there are different restaurants, about 15 minutes walk from the train station/bus station. The hotel has a free swimming pool with sauna, a lift, and a few recommendations overall.
