This guesthouse has an antique wooden house style with a very vintage feel. The space might be a bit cramped, but you can tell they've put thought into it. The staff are lovely and provide great service. They even offer a service to prepare offerings for morning alms. The view is amazing! We stayed on the first floor right next to the riverside walkway, which made for a great atmosphere. However, I was a little bit scared because anyone could walk in if you forgot to lock the door – it'd be bye-bye to your belongings! But people seem to be good-natured, so it's probably fine. Overall, it's a good place.

Guest UserWe booked 4 rooms with the gang. I sleep alone and I have dyed hair. But in the bathroom, there is still black hair near the bathroom door. I'm not sure if the cleanup is not in time or what, but it's not an obstacle. I just feel that it shouldn't be there. The location is very close to the market. The room is not big. The usable area is small. It's really suitable for sleeping only. The water flows strongly. The light is normal. There is no glass bathroom door between the shower and the toilet (but there is a glass wall). The TV signal is not very good, so I didn't turn it on. But the Wi-Fi is very strong. I took my laptop to watch a movie. The staff provided good service. They called at 11 am to inform that the housekeeper would come to clean at 11:30. It's good that we made an appointment to check out at this time. If we really checked out at noon, I'm not sure if there would be a problem (the system said check out at 12:00). And for the breakfast coupon, I didn't have time to use it because the restaurants in that area will have a break during the day and open again in the evening. If I checked out at 11:30, I wouldn't be able to eat in time. For those who want to use this privilege, I recommend waking up early to eat.

FramekungIt is a classic ancient style room in the same style as many accommodation in Chiang Khan. The condition of the room may not be very new, but the air conditioner is cool, TV equipment supports YouTube (SmartTV). The hotel offers merit and alms to monks in the morning. Can inform the staff at 06:00 Downstairs there is a coffee corner. Hot drinks are free to guests. (Breakfast is charged extra). The lobby area can sit and take pictures in proportion. Overall, I like it because of the peace. And not next to the very noisy area
Things that guests may need to prepare to bring: hair dryer, one-time equipment (such as toothbrush, razor)

I stayed in a tent. It was smaller than I thought. I felt cramped. The tent smelled musty, probably because the air was humid. I hit my head on the tent beam many times 😭 (I was stupid). The breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was clean. I liked that there was a hair dryer, hair straightener, and hair curler provided.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the Chiang Khan walking street, cleanliness is good, the view at the back is a river view, the interior lacks a hair dryer, and the bathroom is narrow and not very convenient, the sanitary ware is still old-style. If the sanitary ware in the room is changed, it will be considered. It's good to have a lot of common areas to sit in. Overall it's considered good, but the price is a little high.

Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.
