GGuest UserBecause I drove to Sydney alone, I stayed in Newcastle for one night. I checked in at 11 pm. The staff left me a family room. It was hygienic and clean. I got up in the morning and saw that the environment was excellent. There were open-air tables and chairs at the door of the room to bask in the sun and drink coffee. There is a golf course next to it, a few minutes walk is the beach, cost-effective, next time I will take my family to live for a few days.

GGuest UserWe were traveling with our family and stayed one night while driving by. Parking was convenient, the room was simple and clean, and it was close to a gas station. It was a good motel with a high cost-performance ratio, and I recommend it.

PPardis121The motel was very clean and quiet, with a breathtaking view. But what stood out the most was their excellent service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had mistakenly booked two rooms for the wrong date, and although our reservation date had already passed when we arrived a day later, they fixed the issue for us with no extra charge. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend this place.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. I highly recommend Northern Star for an exceptional and hassle-free experience!

My preference of room was booked out for this stay
So I chose single room with shared bathroom and was a bit unsure what to expect
It wasn't terrible at all
I enjoyed having access to the balcony
I slept so soundly,I didn't move all night
I did dine in the bistro one evening the food was ready quickly and it was lovely
I was provided fresh towels for each of the 3 days I was a guest
I didn't utilise the communal kitchen but I think it is a great addition

GGuest UserOne bedroom and one living room apartment, kitchen facilities are complete to cook, tableware is enough for 4 people, near the university, driving for about five or six minutes, opposite is JESMOND CENTER, WOOLWORTHS Supermarket and Maidannu. Parking is free. Laundry and drying clothes are very expensive at AUD 10 each. The bedside table in the room is dusty and seems to be unoccupied for a long time. The bathroom water is easy to flow out - block it with a towel. Easy parking. Whether you are staying or booking separately, the towel will not be changed for you. To change it, it costs AUD 2. The front desk foreigner is like a manager or the owner is not friendly. Australian hotels do not provide slippers.

GGuest UserIf you are a backpacker then this hotel is right for you. By the way, you'd better have $200 cash in your pocket or they will demand to photocopy your credit card! Are you kidding me SJH? The reason, they suspect the people that stay there will, 'trash the room! Apparently it does happen. Also, be prepared for hallway doors that will bang away until late, and start again early. If you are not a backpacker, stay else where!
PS. The staff are friendly and helpful!

Although they had a little trouble before the check-in, they were arranged very quickly. I plan to go there for two days at the end of this month. I just remind everyone to make a reservation online in China. After the order is confirmed. Be sure to check the password information of the room. There is no key in this apartment. All the doors are opened with secrets. Be sure to remember.

SSarah VeronicaThe apartment is very clean. Close to shops and a close walk to the train station. Security for the apartment is amazing. Nothing to complain about. Staying longer. The smoke alarms go off when you shower, the steam makes them go off . Apart from that it's awesome . Love it here .
