3-Star Hotels in Newcastle

The hotel's location was great for exploring Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Central Coast. It has a bar restaurant with good food and beer and great services. The only downside was it was undergoing renovations causing a little bit of inconvenience, but this is a good thing for the future anyway ;)

The overall room environment of this hotel is OK, and it is not bad in this location. The room is large, very clean, there are many parking spaces, the staff is very patient, and it is a better choice for business travel.

We were traveling with our family and stayed one night while driving by. Parking was convenient, the room was simple and clean, and it was close to a gas station. It was a good motel with a high cost-performance ratio, and I recommend it.

The motel was very clean and quiet, with a breathtaking view. But what stood out the most was their excellent service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had mistakenly booked two rooms for the wrong date, and although our reservation date had already passed when we arrived a day later, they fixed the issue for us with no extra charge. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend this place.

Great location, very close to train station. Customer support was easy to talk to. The room looks tidy but not clean. We had to wear our slippers/socks inside. The floor needs a good scrub. Our feet/socks turned black after being barefoot inside. Call them 30 mins prior to check in if you want smooth and timely check in. Affordable but had to pay $25/day extra for parking.

Not clean, did not provide the guaranteed room type, The location was close to amenities, food, and shopping centres as advertised.

I have stayed at the Premier before That's why I booked there My preference of room was booked out for this stay So I chose single room with shared bathroom and was a bit unsure what to expect It wasn't terrible at all I enjoyed having access to the balcony I slept so soundly,I didn't move all night I did dine in the bistro one evening the food was ready quickly and it was lovely I was provided fresh towels for each of the 3 days I was a guest I didn't utilise the communal kitchen but I think it is a great addition

Confusing access as no reception. Once sorted, it was fine. Good to have under coverage garage for the car. Late evening and during the night, we both experienced a strange buzz/vibration through the floor and beds. We did not have the air conditioner on.

The apartment is very clean. Close to shops and a close walk to the train station. Security for the apartment is amazing. Nothing to complain about. Staying longer. The smoke alarms go off when you shower, the steam makes them go off . Apart from that it's awesome . Love it here .

The bed is kinda hard..too much cockroaches..the bathroom ceiling is fulled with black fungus..too noisy..too many drunk people..
