The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was that parking was quite difficult to find. There were plenty of food and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to find things to eat. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!

Very good, the uncle who takes care of the accommodation is kind and very cute. The room is comfortable, the view is very good, in the morning the atmosphere is very good. I stay for a night. Just walking distance to impact arena. Clean,no smell at all. With water and toothbrush,soap shampoo,everything is provided. Spotless clean. No dust at all. The building is old but the unit is clean, big it's good for group. Restaurants available downstairs. Also the owner is very responsive and polite. If I'm attending a concert again. I will book this place I am using my other phone for photo.

I came for a concert and booked this place for one night. It was a really pleasant and clean one-room apartment. I absolutely loved it! It has a fridge and a microwave, a kitchenette (though no stove), a large bed, and the apartment itself is very clean and cozy. There's also a TV with local channels. It mentioned no Wi-Fi, but the owner kindly provided me with the login and password. Plus, there's air conditioning and a nice view from the window. I really enjoyed my stay; it was very comfortable.

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. A little out of the way so having your own transport is recommended. There is a 7/11 about 10 mins walk away. I would stay again if doing things in the area.

Pros: - The room was spotless. - There's a shared microwave and refrigerator available for use. - The air conditioning in the bedroom was cool. - The room has furniture and a double bed. - It's 900 meters from the BTS station, and there's a 7-Eleven and shops nearby. - The room rate is affordable. - There's a security guard sitting at the entrance all night. - The bathroom has a water heater. Cons: - The blanket provided was very thin. - The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. - The room is not soundproof; you can hear people walking and noises from around the building. It's not suitable for light sleepers. - The plastic covers on the smoke detectors, both inside the room and in the hallway, were not removed. In case of a fire, the system would not be able to detect it.

The room is pretty old, there was some smell in the room. The bathroom have stain everywhere on the floor+some on the wall and also a large hole on ceiling. But it is also very close to everything, 7-11 and Central mall in range of 100m. AC and hot water is working fine

Very friendly and helpful Chinese lady boss who can only speak Thai and Teochew. Luckily I am also Teochew. Can only speak little Chinese and saw her having hard time communicating with Chinese guests who stayed there during the exhibition.Stayed on 2nd floor unit having to bear with a crazy lady started to sing karaoke every night from about 10pm all the way to 3-4am on the upper floor. Worse, the singing was very bad.

Perfect for nature lovers, there are squirrels, birds, fish swimming, and you can relax by bathing in the forest. However, there are few shops in the area and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. It may not be a problem for those traveling by car or motorbike, but it is a little far from the town and inconvenient.
