"Overall, this place isn't going to win an award for aesthetics. BUT everything's functional. It's a decent, very affordable, & convenient place to shower & sleep if you're in town for a concert at Impact Arena (only a ~5 min bike ride away). Beds aren't cramped, & are on the firmer side. Pillows are thick (mine was the fluffy kind). Room temperature to blanket thickness ratio is perfect. Privacy curtain is also thick & just the right size. Towels are super absorbent (like hotel standard), water pressure is strong & the water temperature can reach scalding. Showers also aren't cramped & have ample space (2 racks + hooks) to hang your towel + clothes. Only down side is that there's only 1 sink & there isn't a hand soap dispenser ready. Depending on the room you book, you might not have space to store your luggage within the room itself. Lockers come with a key but are located outside the rooms. & they're barely large enough to store a duffle bag vertically. There's a café & nicer restaurant just behind the building, & a cheap local food place that's 2 min walk. 7-11 located right across the street, & another that's 2 min walk away too. The owner is very kind, earnest, & tries his best. He cleans & maintains the place by himself (including washing the linens). I was so thankful he allowed me to check in early, & that on the last night of my stay, he took the initiative to switch me to a room of my own so I could at least get a good night's rest (because I unfortunately had a very inconsiderate bunkmate). I personally feel this place would benefit from having some house rules (to help with very inconsiderate guests), & the owner could use some help in maintaining certain areas in the space."

"Stayed here during an event at Impact and found the Botanic Service Room to be a great value. The room is small but cosy, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was within reach. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice selection of items and even one local Thai dish that added a special touch. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were polite and accommodating. Overall, it’s a simple but comfortable place with a warm vibe. Ideal if you're attending something at Impact or need a short, hassle-free stay."

"Best point is hotel is near Impact Arena. There is a covered overpass connecting to Impact Arena which is a 10min walk. It is also well lit when walking back at night. Since the receptionist knew the guests were there for the concert we were able to checkin earlier."

"Good location, private parking, no full amenities but enough for short stay especially business traveler. Room is not deep clean but acceptable. Building and elevator is quite new. Easy to check in and check out. There’s convenient store (7-11) , just 5 mins walk. It’s near bts skytrain (pink line) at Muangthong station."

"Our family likes the hotel as it is clean and located in a good location. There is a sky train station (pink line) just outside the hotel, Central department store is at opposite side, 7-11 is behind and only 15-20 mins drive to Donmuang airport. Although the hotel is on the main road but it’s quiet. Our boys also love the outdoor swimming pool! The staff are nice and friendly. Just a minor comment on breakfast selection. It would be nice to have a bit more meat dishes to choose from, customers seems to flock at the egg station as it’s the main protein dish for the morning. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. The picture we took is the city view at night from the 17th floor."

"The hotel offers a shuttle service to Impact Arena, which is a huge plus for concert-goers. The hotel is clean, and the service was excellent. There's also a cafe conveniently located near the hotel. I highly recommend staying here!"
