何何The hotel is just opposite the US Mall. It is convenient to buy and eat. There is a car to the airport every half an hour. It takes only ten minutes to drive. The suite is quite large and there is a small kitchen. The best thing is that I also sent a lot of snack drinks, put them on the table, in the refrigerator, and just eat them.

FFly guyHotel is very good quality. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Didn’t get to enjoy any food as early departure. Van service is not great. My pickup was delayed significantly and driver when questioned about this got a serious attitude. Morning service to airport with crowded Van. Not enough seats. Needed two vans. Loading luggage took 15 minutes. Good location. Only 10 minutes from the airport and really good rate compared to others

GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the hotel they were unable to find my reservation. Once they found my reservation I checked in and the stay and room were great. Upon check out I reviewed my credit card statement to find I was charged for the room again. I have had to call the hotel 5 times attempting to straighten out my bill and it has yet to be resolved. When I called and spoke with Amy who stated she is a supervisor she got offended because I was speaking to her in a normal voice. I felt like she expected me to speak to her like she’s a child or something. I was in no was rude to her but when I asked to be transferred to a ***ager she hung up on me. Up to now this billing is still an issue and the only way I can resolve it is with the credit card company. This made a great stay turn out to be a place I wouldn’t trust staying at again. Thumbs down to Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington MN.

GGuest UserOverall very satisfied, ten minutes drive from the airport, can also take the hotel's shuttlebus, 24 hours service, one car every half an hour. Have lunch and dinner. There are fewer goods in the small supermarket at the front desk. The room was very clean and tidy. It was originally set to be a double bed and turned out to be two double beds, and it was super comfortable to sleep. Hahaha ~

3 minutes drive from the United States Mall, the mall is free parking, hotel parking is $20. The first time I booked a foreign hotel on Trip.com, I paid RMB. I didn't expect the hotel service to be very good.
