GGuest UserMy only knock is the water pressure in the shower is lacking. I initially didn't think I would be able to take a shower as the water fell so close to the wall. After turning the hot water up higher than I normally would, the pressure increased enough to make it possible. Aside from that everything was great and the people were all nice that I interacted with. Will book here again when I travel to Columbia again.

GGuest UserI must say my children an I we have been throughout our share of hotels from marriotts to hiltons to just ur regular quality and I have to say by far my kids and I have been so welcomed and just felt like we are apart of a big family ... I have to give all props to me frank at the front desk ... From my reservation overnthebphone to in person ... He is quite an amazing person and has truly made our stay wonderful thank u mr frank .. I hope to come across more employees like him.in future ...

Jjames michaelRoom picture on website didn't exactly match the room i got. The tv thought it was December 28, 2004 which meant the channel guide was useless (front desk said technician was coming next day). Our toilet was on and off running most of the night. The TV was off to the right side of the bed as opposed to right in front of it like most hotel rooms. Buffet breakfast had some odd hot alternatives versus the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage potatoes. Overall, just a 3 out of 5.

BUT over all pleasent stay.

快快乐的兔妈妈I chose this hotel after seeing the high ratings from Ctrip. But when I arrived at the hotel for the first time, the whole cover of the air conditioner in the room fell off. I was afraid of being misunderstood by the hotel and immediately asked to change the room. As a result, the changed room was facing the main road. The car roared all night and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel’s glass sound insulation is extremely poor, seriously. Affect rest, choose this hotel carefully.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this downtown Columbia hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. One of the highlights was the food truck in the lobby, serving up delicious eats that added to the overall experience. Can't wait to come back!

HHarrisonThe hotel room itself was nice and spacious. The breakfast was sp**** and the employees were rude except for the front desk clerk. She was very nice but the folks in the breakfast area were rude to everyone and there was barely anything out to eat. We had to ask multiple times for any type of bread to run through the toaster. The eggs were actually a shade of green. I have photos and a video if you need them.

Llavic francaI love more location! My 3th time there in four months. A Brazilian’s steak restaurant right in front of the hotel is such a dream come true for a Brazilian living 5 years in the US. Thank GOD! 😍😍
