3-Star Hotels in Columbia

The room is comfortable and clean. It's a new hotel. It's very suitable for a family of three. I will stay here again when I come to this city

I must say my children an I we have been throughout our share of hotels from marriotts to hiltons to just ur regular quality and I have to say by far my kids and I have been so welcomed and just felt like we are apart of a big family ... I have to give all props to me frank at the front desk ... From my reservation overnthebphone to in person ... He is quite an amazing person and has truly made our stay wonderful thank u mr frank .. I hope to come across more employees like him.in future ...

It was very clean and front desk lady was so nice. overall enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying with them again when we come back!

Overall clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the morning. A bunch of people didn’t try to actually help when I asked questions about the city like how to take the bus. Clean but small gym. Overall would go back!

Room picture on website didn't exactly match the room i got. The tv thought it was December 28, 2004 which meant the channel guide was useless (front desk said technician was coming next day).  Our toilet was on and off running most of the night. The TV was off to the right side of the bed as opposed to right in front of it like most hotel rooms.  Buffet breakfast had some odd hot alternatives versus the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage  potatoes.  Overall, just a 3 out of 5.

I chose this hotel after seeing the high ratings from Ctrip. But when I arrived at the hotel for the first time, the whole cover of the air conditioner in the room fell off. I was afraid of being misunderstood by the hotel and immediately asked to change the room. As a result, the changed room was facing the main road. The car roared all night and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel’s glass sound insulation is extremely poor, seriously. Affect rest, choose this hotel carefully.

The location is excellent. Unfortunately, the electric blinds couldn't be operated as the switch wasn't working. Also, on two separate days, they ran out of coffee and eggs at breakfast. Other than that, the breakfast was alright.

Highly recommend this downtown Columbia hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. One of the highlights was the food truck in the lobby, serving up delicious eats that added to the overall experience. Can't wait to come back!

I love more location! My 3th time there in four months. A Brazilian’s steak restaurant right in front of the hotel is such a dream come true for a Brazilian living 5 years in the US. Thank GOD! 😍😍

Wasn’t expecting the breakfast to be so good either; the bar food was beyond great
