GGuest UserWhen we arrived, there was no one at the front desk but there was a sign on the counter, so we were fine waiting. As we stood there a young woman came around the corner and barely looked at us. She then proceeded to pull the sign off the counter and start typing on the computer in front of us without saying a single word or acknowledging us. She acted extremely irritated with us. After probably 5-8 minutes of silence, I asked her in a kind voice if she was ready for us. She barely looked away from her computer and said, ”in a few minutes” She finally asked us for our information and checked us in. I have never been treated this poorly at the front desk of a hotel in my life. Pretty unhospitable for a person in the hospitality business. The hotel itself had a nice room and comfortable beds. We didn't try the breakfast or the other facilities, but they looked good. Not sure if I would stay here again, if I'm treated so poorly.

MMinhuaGreat stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!

TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

🛏️ The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials—a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a convenient workspace. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee and the relaxing ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home.
🍳 Breakfast was a standout feature! Their hot breakfast buffet had something for everyone—from fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh fruit and pastries. It was the perfect way to start the day.
✈️ The location near the airport couldn’t have been more convenient, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Shuttle service was prompt and reliable, making travel stress-free.
Whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days, I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites by the airport for its comfort, hospitality, and value. I’ll definitely be back!

GGuest UserVery interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

AAbdulIt is a really nice hotel at convenient location. There are lots of restaurants just across the road especially Indian's Flame.
Breakfast is nice and they also offered us free drinks every evening.
P. S you can check in at any time in the afternoon rather than 16:00 as website says.

JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.

DdilayaydanThe most beautiful thing was breakfast. We compared with other hotels which are we stayed before. They had just cereals. In this hotel there were boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, cream cheese, cereal...
Location was really far from airport because we dont have any car. If you have car, it is ok.
Last thing is cleaning. I disappointed because of this view. Sheets and pillows were really dirty.
