"Customer service was not good. My room was dirty and when I told staff they just said oh sorry. The pool longers on the kid side of the pool are rusted out I layed on one and fell cut myself on the rusted back of the lounger cut my finger and was just offered a bandaid. My family had 5 rooms and thats the service that was given.terrible terrible never again."

"Our guest room was spacious beautiful great location. Loved the lighting around the base of the bed. The bed sagged lower on the left side. The band performing in the hotel lobby was very enjoyable! Unfortunately the Lobster Mac and Cheese I ordered at the bar made me sick on my stomach having to use the bathroom all night long resulting in lack of sleep."

"This is a beautiful Four Seasons hotel, though the public areas feel a bit small. There are more staff than guests. The pool is open 24 hours, but towels aren't collected promptly. The service is a bit rough, but it's quite good in the US."

"Had a great stay here. Room was great, check in easy, breakfast good. Arrived in a rental which we had to return to the rental centre- hotel arranged for us to be picked up by lyft and were very helpful keeping us informed via whattsapp as we didnt have a us phone number. After checkout we had 6 hours to explore Phoenix/Tempe and they stored our bags for us. When we returned to collect our bags, they then aranged a Lyft to the airport. Fantastic service. Will definately stay here again next time we are in Phoenix. One more thing- if you are staying in Phonix check out the Hall of Flame fire fighting museum. Fantastic exhibits from all over the world throughout history but the most poignant must be FDNY Rescue truck 4 involved in 9/11 during whcih sadly all the crew perished in the line of duty."
