"This is a beautiful Four Seasons hotel, though the public areas feel a bit small. There are more staff than guests. The pool is open 24 hours, but towels aren't collected promptly. The service is a bit rough, but it's quite good in the US."

"Customer service was not good. My room was dirty and when I told staff they just said oh sorry. The pool longers on the kid side of the pool are rusted out I layed on one and fell cut myself on the rusted back of the lounger cut my finger and was just offered a bandaid. My family had 5 rooms and thats the service that was given.terrible terrible never again."
