3-Star Hotels in Rapid City

Excellent, far exceeding expectations. Cleanliness: Good. I didn't expect a Happy Hour in the afternoon; I thought it would just be some snacks, cookies, and cakes, but it turned out to be a very thoughtfully prepared dinner, especially the salad.

The pool and spa are standard on holiday inn. The hotel is very new. There is an attraction around you called usa bear country with children must go. awesome. The gemstone hole is worth a visit. Passing through the town of Custer has the number one burger in the United States, generally lined up for an hour. The President’s Hill has been finished for a long time. The bad scenery is beautiful.

Hotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called. It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details.

As far as American Box Hotels are concerned (I'm not a big fan of their lack of character), this is as good as they get. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the overall quality of the stay is 1st rate. Price was in line with what the rest of the market was doing.
