GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay. The staff met us right at the train platform and walked us to the hotel, which was very convenient and thoughtful after a long journey. The hotel is clean, cozy, and comfortable, and you can truly feel the care for guests.
After visiting Machu Picchu, even after check-out, we still had plenty of time before our train. The staff kindly allowed us to wait in the lobby, charge our phones, and use the Wi-Fi, which was extremely helpful.
We highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserGreat location right next to the train station and there is historical ruins in the garden of the hotel. Would have been nice to have slightly better food selection at the breakfast especially considering the price. Overall very good hotel

Bbeverly vegaGreat value, great room view and restaurant view. Free breakfast. Room was clean, but no air-conditioned, I guess all hotels here have none. Unfortunately the room I got is right in front above where their exhaust fan releases smoke so if I leave the room opened, the room will smell food. A lot of restaurants nearby, hotel is facing the railway, so you can get a railway view or mountain / lake view.

The Stuff was friendly, gave us a take away breakfast. We could store our bags there for Free when we went to Machu Piccu.
Its Simple, try to not get a room with Windows to the main street but it calms down at 9pm.
Showers are hot and nice pressured
The Stuff came twice and ask if everything is okay
Overall I defently recommend it and would book it again

MMechiManuel is a super friendly host! We had such lovely days at Machu Picchu, we stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is ok, but the most important thing is that they will help you all the way your tour to the Machu Picchu. They recommended a lovely tour guide and good things to do in the city

They keep your luggage during the day.
We were in the room on the 5 floor (there seems to be still a room above), but there is no elevator.
The windows were not tight, so I could hear the sound of the railroad at night. We didn't care, but delicate people may be careful.
