GGuest UserCleaning lady friendly and helpful. Owners who normally run the place out of town. Hotel is about 10 minute walk to town. Most of the road to plaza is paved. I ate at a very good restaurant in plaza. Almost all the restaurants offer excellent views and vegetarian options. The hotel has glorious views from the rooftop where they serve breakfast daily. There is coffee available or hot water 24x7. The area is quite except for cows mooing. Internet excellent. Hot shower excellent. Eggs made to order for breakfast. Google translate needed at hotel + in town. Wish all hotels offered filtered water. This would reduce the daily purchase of plastic bottled water. I enjoyed my stay.

GGuest UserGreat location right next to the train station and there is historical ruins in the garden of the hotel. Would have been nice to have slightly better food selection at the breakfast especially considering the price. Overall very good hotel

GGuest Userhonestly such a dilemma to review! It's near the train to Machu so that's awesome! Also they helped us pack a super nice breakfast with water and we are so thankful! However the room was infested with insects and I got a shock of my life!! Like a lot of flying insects and we couldn't do anything about it. The people are nice too and price so reasonable! So it's really dilemma to review !

LLiudmilaHotel in the central street of the town, very nice with good repair. Good hot water with excellent pressure. We had a room with river view.
The shortcomings are: during our stay there was repair, and noisy work was carried out from morning to evening, it was tiring and inappropriate. On the first day breakfast was announced from 8.00 to 9.00, which is quite strange for the hotel. We came to 8.00 because in 8.30 we had to leave, and we were told that hot breakfast would be ready only for 8.30. We couldn't wait, and we were given dry packs, which is of course nice, but quite strange. On the second day, breakfast was from 7.00 to 9.00, it was rich and delicious. It feels that the hotel itself is cool, but it has management problems.
