GGuest UserHotel is in a fantastic location! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but I'm not so sure about the pool. The water looked clean.. just the floor of the pool was off-putting. I was a bit disappointed I didn't have a fridge in my room. Maybe larger rooms have them? During loadshedding hours, everything is still powered. The wifi was great! Overall, its a lovely hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

GGuest UserThe room is quite big, but the sound insulation effect is average. Maybe it's because it's close to the road, so it's a bit busy at night. There are many choices for breakfast, which is very rich. The hotel has direct access to the gateway mall, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.

GGuest UserI loved my room . It was quite spacious and very neat and elegant. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and they would do housekeeping everyday. I will not hesitate to stay With them again next time am in Durban.

FForestflylinGreat place to stay! We stayed here for 3 days. Its right on the sea with a beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There is a great little restaurant and bar just downstairs with fantastic food. The room was clean peaceful and comfortable. I’ll definitely come stay here again.

ZZumaThe hotel is very beautiful with a spacious view. The breakfast was delicious!! Moreover, the location of the hotel is the best part because it’s a walking distance to gateway mall. I’ll definitely come back.

JJai GaultierConveniently located near stores and service station. The room was okay, for a 3 star establishment, I must admit I expected the staff to at least speak English well and the the room to be dust free. The bathroom is tiny and rather claustrophobic.

MMiss thangHad a comfortable stay, I only stayed for 1 night as I had an early flight the next morning. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. They provide a shower gel/body wash and bath towels. The only issue was the toilet which made a whistling noise.

Llattie molotoIt is a very beautiful, neat, clean more that what we expected, we enjoyed our stay there and I certainly going to the same place for our next vacation. The service was out of very good, unfortunately we ddnt get the chance to eat there.but next time we make sure we do 😊😊😊
