Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Linqing Liaocheng was a truly delightful experience. The front desk staff, several lovely young ladies, made a great impression with their warm and thoughtful service. They were very professional in recommending local attractions and cuisine in Linqing. Even the housekeeping aunties on each floor greeted us warmly and were always ready to help. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service are all top-notch!

The room was very spacious, spotless, and filled with natural light, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious local specialties and other cuisines. I highly recommend choosing this hotel!

Conveniently located near the hotel's station, it's about a 5-6 minute taxi ride to tourist attractions. The hotel offers free above-ground and underground parking. The staff were warm, efficient, and proactively upgraded our room. The room was odor-free, the bedding was pristine white, and the bathroom was spotless with no stray hairs, showing great attention to detail in cleaning.

Very satisfied stay experience, the environment is very good. The front desk manager Xiao Han service is super good, very warm and positive. Stayed for two consecutive nights, the room was fully equipped, the mattress was very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, the network was great, the bathroom was clean, the bath was comfortable, the parking was very convenient, there was free parking and laundry service. We booked three rooms at this hotel through Ctrip, and we were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The hotel service was professional and attentive; they were responsive to all our requests. The breakfast was plentiful and had unique flavors. We also had dinner once; the cooking was excellent, the dishes were diverse, and the price was great. The restaurant environment was also nice. The room itself is very nice. The room is large and the facilities are relatively new. The sewer smell is serious. The bedside table and TV in the room are all covered with a layer of dust. First of all, from the makeup of the front desk, the clothes are ordinary, like the standard of a hotel supervisor. The day before check-in, I called the front desk at night, but no one answered, which was very strange. I met the front desk staff in the elevator, and they also strode forward with no expression. But overall it is acceptable and they respond to all requests. What really surprised me was the buffet breakfast. It started at 7am. We arrived at the restaurant before 8am. Except for the staple food, most of the other dishes were sold out. I told the elderly waiter that the dishes were sold out, but he didn't feel embarrassed at all. He looked at me calmly and shouted to the kitchen, ”Master, serve the dishes.” After waiting for a long time, I got some shredded potatoes. There was a small fried dough stick at the staple food counter. I took it away, and the chef brought up three more. They were the small fried dough sticks from Shandong. I asked the waiter for the soy milk, which was out of stock. So the waiter, who was very old and had a big mouth, almost turned the soy milk pot upside down and filled me with a bowl of cold soy milk. Tell me if it's weird or not. It's like eating your meal for free. In short, the overall feeling is ”knock knock and search” and ”stingy”. It's too stingy. It's far from the hotel's positioning and seriously affects the company's image. Can you see which hotel buffet can be like this? I've stayed in countless hotels, but this is my first time seeing it. It's new. I suggest the hotel to make some changes and improve the overall service awareness. It's very important.

When I checked in, I was not told that there were bathing tickets. The breakfast was quite rich and included boxed yogurt. A small part of the bathroom is made of transparent glass, which is not good. It is indeed a four-star hotel, the decoration is very grand, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is in an excellent location. You only need to cross a bridge to walk to the ancient city. We walked directly from the hotel to Guangyue Tower, which is only more than 1 kilometer. Walk from the small door next to the front desk on the first floor to the Ferris wheel, and there is no need to go out and detour. It costs 40 per person to buy a Ferris wheel ticket with the room card. Children over 120 will pay the full price. You can see the Ferris wheel in the room, and it is a different scenery during the day and at night. You can observe the number of people queuing for the Ferris wheel in the corridor, and go downstairs when there are fewer people [laughing and crying] We went downstairs at 9:30 in the evening and queued for more than ten minutes. There was no one at the beginning of the morning. After breakfast, you can't queue up for the Ferris wheel directly. When checking out, I also gave a small mirror with the pattern of the Ferris wheel hotel. I like it very much [color] The front desk brother and sister, Xiao Jia and Xiao Xue are very enthusiastic. This is the hotel's most commendable feature. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, complete with toothbrush and bath supplies, and is clean and tidy. The restaurant is located on the first floor, facing the street. Enjoying the morning sun, you can watch the leisurely crowds pass by and feel the vibrant colors of time. The restaurant offers a selection of local snacks, such as tofu pudding, roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo), and bada (Chinese bada). While not particularly extensive, it's perfectly filling. The front desk staff were friendly and smiling, and the customer service staff were also polite and welcoming. Cons: Perhaps due to its age, the hotel facilities are a bit dated. Overall, it's a good hotel and well worth a visit!
