這次住這家如家真的太好了，體驗感直接拉滿！前台工作人員特別熱情友善，辦理入住的時候還主動幫我免費升級了房間，真的特別貼心。房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，一點灰塵都沒有，住着特別舒服。屋裡裝了智能語音，開燈、調空調動動嘴就行，特別方便，各種生活用品和設施也都配備得很齊全，店裡還有機器人幫忙送東西，科技感滿滿。最暖心的是退房離開的時候，店家還送了飲料、茶包還有指甲刀這些小禮物，細節做得特別到位。整體對比下來，真心覺得比之前住過的維也納酒店要好太多了，不管是服務、環境還是細節都更合我心意，下次來還選這家！

The Mulan Hotel where I stayed had central air conditioning just outside the window, which made a loud buzzing noise in the middle of the night. As the hotel was fully booked that day and it was already past midnight, there was only a new girl on duty at the front desk, so I endured it all night. I would consider staying here again, but I would not choose the Mulan room again.
