Upon discovering it, the housekeeping staff not only contacted me promptly but also offered to ship it to me via SF Express. This gesture was deeply touching and gave me a whole new appreciation for the hotel's service. "The hotel is very new. It must have been renovated in recent years. The room was very clean, the price was reasonable, and the staff were very friendly. They greeted me, recommended places to visit, and told me which car was most convenient. The room was spacious and bright, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The hair dryer was also very powerful. The breakfast was very good, with all the local Liaocheng specialties. In the evening, they also had porridge and free laundry service."

The hotel is an elegant new Chinese style, the overall environment is quiet and beautiful, the atmosphere is full, the moving night view is very beautiful, and the lake view room type has a great view. "Originally booked for a day, the hotel was great, plus Liaocheng has not played enough, so I stayed for another night. The young lady at the front desk was so good, she directly upgraded the parent-child room, one large and one small two beds, the bedding is very new and the latex pillow with thick down pillows and bath towels are brand new and thick. This hotel is absolutely cost-effective! I will stay here next time I come to Liaocheng. The location is also super good, shopping and dining around is very convenient, two or three kilometers away from the Dongchang Lake Scenic Area Guangyuelou Iron Tower Night Market, super convenient, recommend this hotel again, awesome"

The mirror above the sink was stained, and dust covered almost every detail. Upon entering the room, I had to clean everything myself. The room was incredibly small, yet the price was significantly higher than other hotels of the same level and area. The lake view room was truly a stretch! It was 20 feet away and largely obscured by trees. It wasn't really a lake, just a pond! I really regret changing hotels mid-trip! The 4.9 rating is incredibly deceptive! Ctrip's credibility should not be undermined! So, I apologize for posting this review!

The service is warm. I came down to wash my clothes and forgot to dry. Miss sister put it in the dryer. After the drying, it was folded. The room was very warm and asked the front desk lady to turn on the floor heating. Clean and tidy, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there are special Gaotang old tofu, I will choose here next time.
