The hotel staff provided friendly and professional service, but the room details were lacking. The cleanliness was poor. The mirror above the sink was stained, and dust covered almost every detail. Upon entering the room, I had to clean everything myself. The room was incredibly small, yet the price was significantly higher than other hotels of the same level and area. The lake view room was truly a stretch! It was 20 feet away and largely obscured by trees. It wasn't really a lake, just a pond! I really regret changing hotels mid-trip! The 4.9 rating is incredibly deceptive! Ctrip's credibility should not be undermined! So, I apologize for posting this review!

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Linqing Liaocheng was a truly delightful experience. The front desk staff, several lovely young ladies, made a great impression with their warm and thoughtful service. They were very professional in recommending local attractions and cuisine in Linqing. Even the housekeeping aunties on each floor greeted us warmly and were always ready to help. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service are all top-notch!

I drove here. In the commercial street, the security guard patiently found a parking space. It is very convenient to eat and play around. I must praise the front desk lady. The service is warm. I came down to wash my clothes and forgot to dry. Miss sister put it in the dryer. After the drying, it was folded. The room was very warm and asked the front desk lady to turn on the floor heating. Clean and tidy, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there are special Gaotang old tofu, I will choose here next time.
