GGuest UserThe homestay I chose this time was not disappointed. The famous hotel is in a village, 20 minutes away from Xianfeng Sanbao. The housekeeper is super caring. When we are about to arrive, we will turn on the air conditioner in the house. The style of the quiet style is very love. The children like it very much. Since it is about 7:30, pack up and go to dinner. Choose a nearby place, as a northerner who is not used to eating (children do not eat) and return to the homestay instant noodles 🍜, the village is clean and hygienic, very quiet at night, you can hear the cricket of the rooster 🐓 early, like the feeling of childhood, breakfast environment is also very good, actively recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MM249758****I chose this hotel for this trip, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady proactively helped with our luggage and even gave us slippers and a picture book for our children—such thoughtful details. The room was huge, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The best part was the small balcony, where my child spent the entire afternoon admiring the flowers in the community garden and refused to leave.
The breakfast was incredible! The buffet area had a huge variety, not just the usual suspects like steamed buns and porridge.
My favorite part was when we checked out, the front desk staff heard we were catching a high-speed train and proactively called a ride-hailing service, even notifying the driver in advance to pick us up at the station. This kind of ”treating guests like family” service is truly rare! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

She added WeChat in advance to inform her of the itinerary and weather, upgraded the room for free, and preheated the room in advance according to the arrival time. Parking is convenient and there are charging stations. The breakfast was also very generous, and there were souvenirs given before leaving. LLaineeey_zThere are advantages, but the disadvantages are fatal. I am very polite for not giving a bad review below 4 points. The following is an objective and fair evaluation.
Advantages:
1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.
2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep.
3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner.
4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate.
Disadvantages:
1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on.
2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench.
The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip.
BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important.
2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain.
4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression.

The hotel environment is very good, with a stand-alone building in the style of Huizhou architecture. The hotel is very large. There were many people during the National Day holiday. As a diamond member of Qunar, I would like to call this B&B the ceiling of B&Bs in Wugong Mountain Scenic Area. It’s not because of how high-end or luxurious their rooms are, but because I really like their big yard. There is a swimming pool, a stream, a bamboo forest, and an orchard. Can you believe it? We live in B&Bs because even if we can’t go to the poetry and distance we yearn for, we still have to walk into nature occasionally and capture the joy hidden in the breeze. Here you can satisfy all your fantasies about nature. Note: The proprietress is super nice, very elegant and very cultured. 👍👍👍

GGuest UserIt takes about 20 minutes and 30 RMB to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. It is very convenient and has a great location close to Tianhong Shopping Mall. It only takes 5 minutes by taxi to the pedestrian street. The whole hotel environment is very good. Xiao Peng at the front desk provided very good and enthusiastic service. He also introduced that there are many restaurants nearby. The room layout is very good, which is very suitable for business trips and family trips.

There are many parking spaces. You can park and go at any time. Eva's service is great! She also added WeChat and sent me the location of Xianfeng Sanbao in the park! It's really considerate! Secondly, the scenery is good, you can lie on the bed and watch the sunset and scenery. The third is the good service, the staff is warm and generous, patient and meticulous.
