AAcadianADVStaying at this family-owned hotel was a delightful experience. Although I had a late check-in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, making me feel right at home despite the late hour. The family that runs this establishment clearly takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality.
Throughout my stay, the friendly demeanor of the staff stood out. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and address any needs I had. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this family-owned hotel.
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what truly made my visit memorable was the genuine care and kindness shown by the hotel's owners and employees. I would highly recommend this family-owned establishment to anyone seeking a personalized and hospitable hotel experience.

HH A A NLovely hosts, beautiful rooms, and amazing home-cooked food!
The hosts are extremely hospitable and spared no efforts to ensure that we were comfortable and well-prepared for our hike. They are great cooks and dinner often consists of locally sourced produce (bamboo shoots from the nearby mountain, home-cured meats, home-grown yams etc.) The local palate is on the spicy side, but they were more than willing to accomodate our weak tongues.
In terms of location, the homestay is located right next to a stream, so close that you can hear it if you open your windows, and is conveniently located about 1km away from the trailhead. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind with tea, snacks, and the sounds of the babbling brook. We arrived in Pingxiang and took a 1 hour car ride to the homestay - easily found on the map and not hard to navigate to at all.
Overall, definitely recommend this homestay if you intend to conquer Wugong shan! P.S. they also have 2 lovely dogs.

JJiangjiangjiangjiangjrWe had a fantastic time, and the guesthouse was wonderful. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was super convenient. The hosts and their family are absolute pros behind the wheel – fast yet incredibly safe! The owner's cooking was delicious; I especially recommend the stir-fried pork with chili (xiaochao rou). Highly recommend staying here! Pingxiang is a lovely city, and its people are just as great. We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserBecause the temperature was low during the Spring Festival, the air conditioner was frozen, resulting in no air conditioning in the room. It was extremely cold! The landlady was very enthusiastic and brought some warm air to remedy the situation, but it was of little use, better than nothing. I couldn’t rest well anyway! The environment is very good. The proprietress cooked the soup noodles and squeezed the soy milk herself for breakfast. It tasted good. What I am not satisfied with is the air conditioning. The room I booked in advance did not have air conditioning and the price was not reduced. The two rooms I booked later only paid a fraction of the price. I felt it was not worth it. In addition, I personally think that the merchant should explain the air conditioning problem in advance, so that we can choose to change our accommodation instead of being forced to make do with it. Aside from the air conditioning issue, everything else is fine!

GGuest UserHemu is conveniently located close to the base of the beautiful Wugongshan. The hotel's atmosphere is relaxed and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and doesn't tire to give you tips for scaling the mountain. On top of that, the food is delicious. I can highly recommend staying at this place.

LLaineeey_zThere are advantages, but the disadvantages are fatal. I am very polite for not giving a bad review below 4 points. The following is an objective and fair evaluation.
Advantages:
1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.
2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep.
3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner.
4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate.
Disadvantages:
1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on.
2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench.
The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip.
BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important.
2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain.
4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression.

The boss has a very good service attitude, the brunch is rich and delicious, the leisure living room is pleasant and comfortable, and there is a car to pick up and drop off to the entrance of the scenic spot. Introduce the precautions for climbing carefully and recommend the appropriate climbing time. The price of the room is acceptable, and it exceeds expectations after arriving. It is worth a visit (there is also a stream nearby that is very beautiful).

11380188****The room was clean, but the area was too small. When the door was opened, the bed was almost attached to the door and the light was dark, which was very depressing. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. The video is being played in the next room. I can actually hear clearly. The parking lot is far away. We arrived on a rainy day and the box was covered with mud.
Advantages: the bath water pressure is enough, the water temperature is hot. The paper used is of good quality, it is Mayflower.

LLianhuaqiaoniLocation: Just two stops away from the entrance of Wugong Sanzhongan, about a 20-minute walk. There is a free transfer bus at the door. Parking is right at the door.
Facilities: Although it is not as insta-worthy as the picture, it is very spacious. It is too cold in winter. The small air conditioner in the room is not enough. The mahjong table in the room is quite good. Three people came to play a few games.

GGuest UserThe hotel's hot spring is very large. There are pools in the south and north areas. Each has its own characteristics and is very clean. Just bring your own belongings and swimsuits. Everything else is provided. Very satisfied! The bed is very comfortable. There is a bathtub in the room and the hot spring water is very nice. It is very convenient to connect directly to the WIFI in the room without a password. The breakfast buffet has many varieties, the environment is clean, and you can eat with confidence. The hotel staff Xiao Chen is very enthusiastic and a good experience
