XXiaozhangtaizijadeThe hotel is easy to find, with convenient parking. The front desk service is very considerate. The room design is elegant and exquisite, with a homely feel, very comfortable and warm. The toiletries are of high quality, and welcome fruit yogurt is also given. The bedding is particularly comfortable, the mattress is of good quality, and the sleep is very good. The breakfast is extremely rich, and the service sister is meticulous. The selection, quality and taste of all the dishes are relatively good. There is also freshly ground coffee, which is very good. I recommend everyone to stay. When checking out, a small gift was also given, which has cultural connotations and is warm and in place. It reflects the concept of making guests feel at home and focusing on customer experience everywhere. It must be praised!

In the evening, there are free porridge and side dishes that are very warm to the stomach, the room is very square, the hotel has floor heating, the air conditioner is not cold, the location is easy to find, and the parking lot is free. The service is also in place. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I was in a hurry. I forgot to bring my wallet and called to remind me to pick up the gold. Like it! Atour's quality is as good as ever!

QQingyingzhixia-quanchengmanjiThe room was spacious, with a bunk bed and a large bed, perfect for families; even two older children wouldn't feel cramped. Four tickets to the Sky Rainforest were included, which was nice for winter travel as it was warm and offered beautiful views, including the sea. The Sky Rainforest also has restaurants and play equipment for children like climbing nets and slides – highly recommended!
The room was clean, with new facilities. The view from the window was of a lake and MixC shopping mall – a nice view. The whole room was smart home, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI stayed here last year and thought it was good, so I booked it again this year. However, the cleanliness was average this year. There was still sand in the room after cleaning the door. The biggest problem was that I couldn't find my child's pillow and bath towel on the second night. I called the front desk, and they said they didn't have them. When I checked out on the third day, I told the front desk that I was sure the child didn't have them in my luggage and that I had forgotten them in the room. Finally, they found them for me, which I found very strange. We hadn't checked out yet. If there was something in the room, shouldn't they have informed the front desk? Or if they didn't contact us, would they have given us the items if I hadn't contacted the front desk again? The front desk service was also quite chaotic. The service was average and I was quite disappointed overall.

GGuest UserThe room had a modern decor and was very clean. Housekeeping was prompt, even during the ***** New Year holiday. The main issue was that the shower in the bathroom wasn't properly sealed, causing water to leak out onto the floor. I reported it to the front desk, but it wasn't repaired, nor did they proactively offer a room change. The soundproofing by the door was also poor; even slight noises from the corridor were easily audible. Despite these points, the overall value for money was still good.

GGuest UserThis is my first time staying in this hotel. It is one of the better ones in Wulian. I had a good experience. The room facilities are complete, the air conditioner is very powerful, the heating effect is particularly good, and the central air conditioner can control the temperature by itself. The network signal is strong, and there is no lag when watching videos and TV. 24-hour hot water is very convenient, the hot water comes out quickly, the water temperature is high, it is very comfortable to take a hot bath, and the bathroom drains quickly. The service staff has a good attitude and it is a pleasant stay.

One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, which was within walking distance. This made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever I desired.
The variety of food options available was outstanding, catering to different tastes and preferences, which greatly enhanced my dining experience.
However, I did find the room to be quite small. It lacked adequate space for my belongings, making it somewhat challenging to organize my things comfortably during my stay.

Breakfast: The noodles are delicious, there are several kinds of stewed food, it is the best noodles on this trip, with the fragrance of hand-rolled noodles, and there is no special breakfast
Bedding: It is a new store, so it is very clean
Service: Very good, the front desk and the guide are very enthusiastic
The self-service laundry service is not good, there is only a small old washing machine, and the laundry room is so remote that I dare not go in. I sincerely suggest that it be improved quickly. The laundry service of such a new hotel is weak, which is a shortcoming.
A good hotel has three plus points: comfortable shower, rich breakfast, and convenient self-service laundry (refer to Atour S Hotel).
