MM226261****It’s not the first time I have lived in Atour. This time I lived just because I was close to Rizhao Station and I was just across the road. The hotel environment is as clean and comfortable as ever, the room is fully equipped and has a shower with dry and wet separation. I haven't paid attention to it before. There are also books suitable for children to read in the place where they read. The front desk service is also very warm and feels very good.

AAnonymous UserBecause the highway was too dangerous due to heavy snow, we got off the highway temporarily to find a hotel. Unexpectedly, it was surprisingly great. The service staff were very enthusiastic, the room was large, the layout was reasonable, the facilities were complete, and the breakfast was also very good. I want to come to Rizhao to have fun next time just because of this hotel!

QQingyingzhixia-quanchengmanjiThe room was spacious, with a bunk bed and a large bed, perfect for families; even two older children wouldn't feel cramped. Four tickets to the Sky Rainforest were included, which was nice for winter travel as it was warm and offered beautiful views, including the sea. The Sky Rainforest also has restaurants and play equipment for children like climbing nets and slides – highly recommended!
The room was clean, with new facilities. The view from the window was of a lake and MixC shopping mall – a nice view. The whole room was smart home, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is our second visit, and ever since our first stay, it's become my child's absolute favorite 'paradise.' The indoor playground is his top pick, followed closely by the breakfast buffet. Every morning, he wakes up eager to go, saying, 'We need to go to the breakfast buffet, or we'll miss it!' A special thanks to our butler, Niu Niu. Traveling with a child can be challenging, but she was always responsive and provided excellent service. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

GGuest UserI rarely leave reviews, but I just had to for this gem of a hotel! From the moment I walked in, the warm greeting from the front desk staff really made my day. I mentioned my phone was dead, and she immediately offered me a power bank. The room itself was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The handwritten note, though not perfectly artistic, really showed the thoughtfulness and sincerity of the housekeeping staff. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and there was even a big bathtub. Breakfast was also excellent; the chef personally brought me a small pear soup, which was a lovely touch. Every little detail showed the hotel's meticulous management. It truly lives up to its reputation as a big international brand like Wyndham. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserClose to the sea, the hotel has convenient parking, the front desk is friendly, and the room type is upgraded. It is recommended to equip an automatic identity card issuing machine to make check-in faster and more convenient;
The hotel has the hardware of an old five-star hotel, but because of its age, it seems a bit outdated. The TV is still small, the facilities in the room are not smart, and the location of the bedside socket needs to be improved, otherwise it is very cumbersome to charge the mobile phone.
Talking about the advantages of the room, the room is huge, and it also has a super large balcony with a 45° viewing angle. It is not a full sea view, but it is already good, and the sound insulation is very good; the bathroom has a shower room, a bathtub, dry and wet separation, a safe, and a refrigerator. This is a complete standard. It can be seen that the decoration materials are better than many new hotels. The bedding is also good and the sleep is quite comfortable.
It is recommended that the housekeeping department open the refrigerator in summer and put more ice water in it for guests to take it by themselves, otherwise it is time-consuming and laborious to call the housekeeping department to deliver water all the time. Water doesn't cost much.
The maintenance work is average, the details of the room cannot be investigated in depth, and the sanitation and cleaning cannot be carefully checked because the facilities and equipment are a bit old.
A free laundry room should be set up. Now many express hotels are free. It is a bit inappropriate to charge here.
Overall, it is quite satisfactory. It is close to the beach, star standard, and the price is not expensive. For families traveling with children, at least the hotel does not have much formaldehyde smell, which is in line with expectations.
The breakfast is OK, with rich varieties, including pancakes, wontons and noodles, as well as Chinese and Western food. It is quite good. The restaurant is also quite large, and there is a swimming pool and gym in the basement. I am quite satisfied with this stay! Recommended!

GGuest UserThe room had a stunning sea view and was very quiet and clean, but the service was a bit slow during the Qingming Festival, and the breakfast restaurant was crowded and you had to find a seat. The infinity pool was closed during Qingming, but the hotel would take guests to the beach. The tennis courts were in a noisy area, and the east-west facing courts were quite sunny in the evening; you could borrow balls to practice. It's a good place to bring kids.

Hotel facilities are not good for this szie and brand name:
1. The shower is very weak
2. The breakfast is very bad with VERY few food
I think it's manily because it's not peak season and not many guests. But for this price, i will expect more!
