GGuest UserA veritable holiday leisure villa! The space is large, the facilities are complete, and the living is comfortable. It is more than enough to bring the elderly and children at home together. It feels completely different from staying in a hotel, with the temperature and freedom of home. Unlike staying in a hotel, the space is particularly spacious. The living room can let the children run casually. The kitchen is also complete with pots and pans. GGuest UserI chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making.
Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

There is a place to eat afternoon tea, and the hot spring is another place. The accommodation is on the top of the mountain. It is a waste of time to walk around. Fortunately, it is a car. If there is no car, there is absolutely no extreme. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel.
To walk from the mountain to the top is a dead end.
The room was very clean and there was no dust on the table. When I came back to rest at night, there were 2 men in the isolation house who had been talking loudly in Mandarin at 2:30 in the morning. They were so noisy that they wanted to go out and hit people. . . . .
The exhaust fan in the toilet has been dry, so noisy that I can't sleep well all night.
This hotel will definitely not be awkward again. It's just uncomfortable to save money.

GGuest UserThe room is not big, but it has everything it should have after the renovation. I came to Xiyunlai mainly because of the water quality. The surrounding restaurants are also convenient. We arrived at the hotel a little early and prepared the room card in advance. There were still a lot of people checking in yesterday, and the front desk service was meticulous and patient.
