4-Star Hotels in Upper Palatinate

The worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

Great place and good price.

The hotel was amazing! The room is huge compared to other hotels where you would pay even more money. Located near everything. Staff super friendly. You can take a water bottle at the reception (made out of glass) and refill it with normal water or mineral water at the reception. Totally recommend it!

The hotel facilities are really good. The room is simple and practical, without any unnecessary frills. There's a 24-hour front desk, and the minibar is free for the first use, which is a great touch. The breakfast is a bit simple, but there's also an airport shuttle. Overall, it's a good place.

The hotel is quite new. It’s comfortable. It’s definitely value for money.

The hotel has a European style, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, heating in winter, and a large room. It is very close to the train station and the stone bridge, which is very convenient. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and have drawn the main attractions and restaurants on the map. You can also ask the front desk to call for a taxi. Overall, it is great.

The hotel has very well liked us, the room was quite large and the staff very friendly. The car route is a bit costly, but also feasible. We are happy to come back.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

The breakfast was good and the room was big.

The environment is very good, the window of the room is open to a small lake, suitable for a person to travel.
