"A very, very nice, family-run wellness hotel in the middle of nowhere, yet quickly and easily accessible via the A6. The rooms are excellent. The spa area could be cleaned and restocked more frequently. But don't get me wrong, everything is clean, just a shade from perfect. I imagine that with the opening of the spa extension in early summer 2025, the whole thing will be even more beautiful. The treatments were good; postponements due to illness are possible, but could be communicated before arrival. The highlight is definitely the Michelin-starred restaurant: Chapeau! Overall, a perfect hideaway for 24 hours or longer."

"Clean and modern hotel a 15-minute walk from the city center. The electrical outlets in our room weren't working. The staff immediately moved us. The only slight issue was the parking: it costs 15 euros per day, but our car wouldn't fit because of our luggage surcharge. So we had to drive around to find a parking space quite far away."

"There is an elevator, but there are steps and stairs that the elevator cannot climb, so depending on the room number it may be difficult for people with disabilities or those with large luggage. Also, the wi-fi was weak, which was inconvenient. Other than those two points, the cleanliness, service, location, etc. were all really great!"
