Kkifteh97Amazing experience in this ryokan! Felt very warmly welcomed by the owner who would come out to send us off or receive us when we entered or exited. Also received a welcome cake from him!
Rooms were comfortable and the private onsen experience was really luxurious. Easy drive out to see the attractions we wanted to in Hakone.

月月神依琪The location is a bit remote. If you take the tram, you need to walk quite far. It is close to the bus station. There is a small safe at the head of the bed. The bed is a wooden capsule with a wood smell. The public area is good. There is a self-service kitchen with complete tableware and many small appliances. You can make your own coffee, tea and other beverages. There is a public large refrigerator and a small open-air hot spring. The overall cost performance is high

JJinhuiIt really feels like living in my own home. The grandparents at the hotel are very kind. Although the communication is a bit difficult, the room has a small living room and bedroom. The space is quite large. Breakfast and dinner are also amazing. The location is also very close to the bus station. In short, the C P value is very high.

PPuhohvostThe reviews were very contradictory, but we did not see any dirt in the room or in the public onsen. Our room was large and had its own onsen overlooking the river. Wonderful! We also liked the dinner, drinks are included in the unlimited. Breakfast was also plentiful, traditional. We also booked a family onsen in the evening - everything is super, if you are a softie, you will probably find fault with the walls near the ceiling, but the bath itself was clean. You can also mix yourself cocktails on the first floor. We booked one night, regretted it - we would have gladly stayed for two!

GGuest UserОчень тихое и красивое место. Минут 7 пешком от станции. Номера просторные и чистые, была приятно удивлена. Горячий источник небольшой, но всего хватает. Очень вкусная еда, а выглядит дак вообще как произведение искусства хоть и не совсем кайсеки. Для меня еды было достаточно, кроме ужина и завтрака постоянно в доступе чайно-кофейная станция. Вообще атмосфера очень уютная и домашняя, сотрудников как и гостей мало, поэтому очень тихо и хорошо. Для путешествия парой или одному в самый раз! Хотелось бы приехать еще!
P.S. При заселении подарили красивый маленький термос, а когда выезжала - любезно подбросили аж до станции Гора.

Nothing could be done with the reservation number (11 digits) sent by Trip.com, and the hotel said that a registration link was sent by email in advance, and guests received a QR code and a 6-digit reservation number that could be registered in the hotel system through prior input/registration. The hotel said they sent a link via Expedia message, but I didn't receive an email directly from Trip.com, and I didn't receive anything other than the 11-digit reservation number from Trip.com.

GGuest UserVery satisfied. I booked a hotel with three friends because it was difficult to return to Hakone. I didn't expect it to be so good. There was an English native speaker at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean with a bathroom. There was no problem putting four beds. The hotel also has its own hot spring, and each room can be reserved for half an hour. The boss lady saw that my friend and I were staying in a room and offered to make an appointment for an hour. In short, it was a very happy experience!
But it should be noted that the hotel has no restaurant and is a certain distance from the convenience store. It is best to bring some food with you. The hotel's own store will be closed, and you can only buy some water and instant noodles.
