"We booked a package with breakfast and dinner at the hotel, which was very cost-effective, especially for the two drinkers in my family. The hotel is up a slope, and there is a 711 at the bottom of the slope. Dinner ends at 7:30, and you can buy beer and snacks afterwards. There is a bus stop near the 711. You can check the arrival time of the bus, check out and get on the bus directly to the lake to ride the pirate ship."

GGuest UserIt is an older hot spring hotel. After reading the comments from netizens, I was a little worried that there would be an uncomfortable smell, and I was also worried that the facilities including the room would affect the stay experience. After arriving, the entrance and lobby were quite comfortable. The corridor on the third floor had a slightly old smell, but it was actually okay. The room was very comfortable, larger than expected, and the view facing the stream was pleasant, and the bed was very soft. I was particularly satisfied with the price of more than 5,000 for three people. The two meals exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect the beef for dinner to be very good 👍I recommend the outdoor private soup, you must make an appointment, it's very healing. Compared with the hotel that was almost three times the price of the second night in Hakone, the price-performance ratio is really high and worth experiencing 👍

GGuest UserThis hotel is surprisingly good. Because we booked the hotel in Hakone late, the hotel at the foot of the mountain was probably fully booked. We were lucky to book a hot spring with a private bath. We had all our meals in the hotel. We had a French dinner and a Japanese breakfast and dinner. The butler service was very good and considerate. Those who stayed in the villa also had a battery car to pick up and drop off at the restaurant and public bath. The hotel is 50 minutes away from Hakone Yumoto Station and 30 minutes away from Gotemba. The transportation is not very convenient. It is suitable for people who like to stay in the hotel and enjoy themselves. We just like to relax in the hotel and not go to any attractions, so this hotel is not boring in the mountains.

FFaniaKBeautiful resort in the middle of a remote forest area, perfect for relaxation and connecting with nature. The rooms are cosy and clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with chefs preparing freshly made dishes right in front of you! We did find a bug in the room but the hotel is in the middle of the nature so we didn't mind really. The onsen was ok but it was not mixed. Note that if you are not arriving by car and you have luggage, the hotel is uphill so better contact the staff in advance so they can arrange a pick up for you.

GGuest UserThe rooms matched the description. Yukatas were available on every floor. The reception staff were helpful. The onsens met our expectations. However, I had significant difficulties with communication – the staff did not speak English and had very limited understanding of it. I had to rely mostly on a translator app, but even then there were some misunderstandings. The food was nothing special – just typical hotel fare. Unfortunately, during dinner, my wife ate sushi and suffered from severe food poisoning. I also ate the sushi but had no issues.

RRui QuanThe hotel is located a bit out of the way, and without a vehicle, it might be a little inconvenient to reach. It's tucked all the way inside the area. Thankfully, we had rented a car, which made things much easier. On the plus side, the hotel offers free parking, which is a big bonus.
The service was excellent — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the hot spring onsen, which was a highlight of the experience. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options to start the day.

GGuest UserWe got to the hotel in the beautiful location just before 3pm and we got given a little tour of the place and then got shown to our room. The staff are very friendly and do their best to speak English. A lovely lady was in charge of our hospitality throughout our stay and she first showed us that there is a public hot spring and a private hot spring and asked us if we would like to book a time to use the private hot spring, we booked a time as we checked in but then we didn’t use it as we were happy with our private hot spring in the room. We also booked a time for dinner and they arrived at that time
Promptly with A LOT of food. We also got a choice for a staple food and we chose some steak which was high quality and delicious, as well as the lobster (on the menu it said grilled prawn but a lobster is what came and it was delicious). We ordered a few beers and a bottle of wine with room service and it always came quickly and was nice and cold.
The private hot spring is absolutely boiling but it’s a good experience and there’s ice water provided which helps.
Breakfast came at 8.30am and it was also huge! It didn’t come with coffee but I ordered some and that was easy enough.
The lady who served our food explained every dish and how to eat it and she was always extremely friendly and attentive.
Would recommend!

GGuest UserFirst, I was very happy to get such big Japanese-style room. It has 2 big rooms and much space. You can easily lie there if there are 8 of you.
Hotel is kind of tired, but staff keeps it in a good condition.
Dinner is a set menu, not kanseki. But it still was good. I was full and happy. Breakfast is a buffet.
A bit about how to reach the hotel. There are shuttels from Hakone-Yumoto. It should cost 200 yen. They bring you to Okada hotel. But it's not your hotel. Stuff will give you a map and you need like 3 min to reach the right hotel.
There are several onsens. Open and closed. All were good, warm. With good view on mountains.
You can take yukata at the reception. And you need to make bed by yourself, but it's only cover mattress but sheet. Nothing difficult.

CChuckIt will be more convenient to go to Gora Station for a climbing cable car to drop in the park. Otherwise, dragging your luggage to run along the slope will cost you your life. The hot soup in the hotel didn't seem to be so pure. It was itchy after soaking. Food for two meals is exquisite

遍遍地黃金經評論說位置很遙遠，距離箱根Tang本車站10多分鐘路程，我認為路幾好行，對住行李箱也不會太疲倦，沿着江邊走別有一番風景，距離不算近，但也可接受。
對比起近一些的酒店，雖然遠幾分鐘路程，但係性價比更好。
日式房間入面有私人洗手間，但沒有淋浴間，所以都一定要到樓下澡堂洗澡，洗澡位置比較光猛，馬油洗頭水及沐浴露好用，浸浴的水夠熱，整體挺舒服的。唯獨是風筒風力很低，吹頭吹很久。
沒有什麼服務，除了check-in幫忙拿行李一會兒，期間沒有清潔，離開的時候也沒有送門，但是可以接受，因為他沒有收清潔費等他額外費用。
房間的門感覺兒戲，上了鎖，但是覺得有些鬆鬆的。
一切都還好，最不滿意的是房間沒有能打開的窗戶，房間的窗戶沒有配置窗簾，晚上睡覺時窗戶是透光的，早上起床時，陽光很刺眼，影響睡眠。
